They are a horrible business that only cares about the money you fork over to them. I paid over $250 for a personal trainer and fee and the trainer blew me off for over a week and a half. When I went to ask about a refund they blew me off …

Would give them 0 stars if possible, their business tactics are not good, they tried to take 268.21 out of my bank account illegally. Thanks for the overdraft charges! Today, the plumbing was broken, couldn't get a shake that I prepaid. …

I've been attending the gym for a year and I will be canceling very soon! The staff are rude, the sauna one day it works the other day it doesn't and training is freaking expensive. The moment you tell the person you're not interested in training because is expensive they start treating you different. This place is a joke and I can't wait to cancel but I have to make sure they don't over charge me after my cancellation because people tell me that happens. So over this place! Also clean the damn Sauna!!!

Being a single mom can be a handful but my boys and I have found an amazing gym that we love going to as a family. They get to spend time in the nursery with their friends while I workout. They are eager and excited everyday to go and see all their friends. An amazing staff and amazing classes. Thankful for such a great gym!

This gym is horribly run. Gym is not very clean, broken equipment and a sauna that is never working. The bad reviews about sales being shady are true. If a sales person tells you something that is not on the contract, get it in writing. They will tell you anything to get a sale and then send a bill for something other than what you discussed. If they tell you there will be an indoor pool, they are not telling the truth. I have had a lot of members saying that they were told 2 years ago that there will be an indoor pool and are still waiting. Corporate does not care about their employees and quite frankly their members. It is all about the sale. Nothing more. The owner is so out of touch with how this club is being run. He shows up in a touring bus to his clubs while paying his front desk people $7.25 an hour. Yes, I am a former club operations manager and these are just a few of the issues with this club I have had to deal with...I am sure the response will be that I am disgruntled, but I know the truth and so do they...You will be better served using one of the other clubs in Topeka.

I like the convenience of the club. It's only 5 minutes away from my house and the operating hours of the club make it easy to get to with my schedule. I also like the large variety of classes offered at my club. I can get a fun and engaging workout every day of the week, at any time that works for me. The machines and equipment are all in good shape and the cardio equipment is of the highest quality. I love that I can watch TV while I use the treadmill or elliptical machine. Additionally, I love the friendly staff at my Genesis location. The front desk staff are always warm and welcoming; they even know my name! The head manager is very sweet and I have even seen him entertaining the little kiddos while I drop my child off in the childcare center. Also, the personal trainers are amazingly helpful and are willing to lend a helping hand to anyone they see struggling with a machine. Finally, the simple fact that this Genesis location has a childcare center is super helpful! Without the childcare piece, I would not be able to get the workouts in that I need. The cost of care is extremely affordable and the hours they are open are very convenient as well. Overall, I have never been more satisfied with a health club membership ever, and I've had memberships with many different clubs all around the US. I love my gym and I'm very thankful to have them.

The SW Club is clean and the facility is nice. I appreciate that the machines are up to date and the instructors for classes are personable. Also the towel service isn't provided at all the clubs, but the SW club has it. The lockers don't require locks, but allow you to set your own code and keep your stuff safe while you workout. The workers at the front desk are kind and make coming into the club something to look forward to.

I was mislead when I signed up for the membership. The same day I asked to cancel my membership and I was immediately told that I had to speak to the DM. Which by the way never emailed or called me back. By the time my first payment was due …

Customer service sucks here. My husband and myself used to go on a regular basis. When we asked for a trainer to get in contact with us, nobody ever called us back. We would call and leave messages that were never returned. I'm just waiting until I have enough money to cancel membership and I am taking my business elsewhere.

My experience at this gym is ok but I have my reservations. The construction is never ending and a lot of the machines are in a cramped space. My favorite machine was broken when they moved it to another room, I was shown a new one but it is not the same at all. This machine was an awesome ab workout
