The worst absolute worst customer service!! I've called there numerous times and the staff who answer the phone calls are rude. I will definitely NOT upgrade my plan to attend this gym. Awful

No towel service!!! I'm from Northen California and it seems that most if not all the 24 Hour Fitness Gyms supply free towels! Imagine my surprise when I was told there was no towel service but would have to purchase one!

-Parking: not too hard to find a space-Equipment: machines are up to date and nice variety-Cleanliness: did not see any towels, place itself is cleanOverall: I enjoyed this gym enough to come back as a regular customer

This place is a cleaner one, the Jacuzzi is always being serviced or closed. Pool is nice but always is use. BBall court nice. And the usual stuff for training

High ceilings make it feel less stuffy and equipment is copious. Everything is nice and clean. Parking and equipment can be difficult to snag during peak hours but that's just the nature of peak hours

Great location off of pch. Great window views. Only 24 hour fitness that has two restrooms. One on each floor. Turf area, Basketball court, Cardiovascular and spin room, swimming pool. Great weight and machine selection. Great active and fit culture at this location.

This is our go to gym. They always keep it clean, have a large range of equipment and the staff is friendly. There is also ample parking in the structure, but be careful about going on weeknights between 5 and 9 pm because it can fill up! Fortunately there are usually spots on the lower levels.

The facilities aren't taken care of. Today every paper towel dispenser was out of paper. The person at the front desk was aware of this but said they were expecting a shipment. How hard is it to keep supplies in stock?

Why is it always so warm here? Really unpleasant to work out in a place where you immediately begin sweating and it always smells like a moldy sock. Often times the machines don't work, treadmills fill up, paper towels/disinfectant are completely gone, and the instructors for the classes sometimes just don't show up or have bad attitudes. Yet I still come... sigh, if only I didn't live so close.
