Cardio equipment is in need of upgrading/updating. Overall this location is starting to feel dated and run down

Bathrooms are filthy and smell like urine paper on the floor and nothing sanitary or wiped down

3 incidents within 2 weeks of Locker theft. Mine was one of them at 4 pm in the evening.What's going on? Where's safety policies in place 🤔

It was cool only giving 3 stars for today I might have only been to pool room locker room if not the locker rooms are small but give you an update but all in all if the pool room locker room had the suit mate it would be an automatic 5 star due to the pool there it had 5 ft of water in the pool than like others it feels like a big jacuzzi but the pool is holding it down in the spa area steam room and sauna are just as good as the rest but I'll be back to work on my traps soon check out more of the gym

Why is 24 hr fitness Hermosa still closing at 10pm?Change the name to 16hr fitness and you’ll get 4 stars. Fix the broken equipment and it would be 5

Better-than-average 24-hour fitness, with lots of equipment. Covered parking also, which is good. Excellent location. The equipment is generally older, which is not entirely a bad thing. They have a lot of old school Hammer Strength weight plated machines, and an earlier model of freemotion treadmills. The newest models are better, but they are still very good. Very good people watching also! Good for inspiration. There's a minimal amount of upgrading of the facility, but it's a reliable and good old school bodybuilding gym. A lot of cardio equipment, none of it particularly new but all of it good.

I would give 24 Hour Fitness ZERO stars but I have to put at least 1-star to write this review. I cancelled my membership 2 years ago during COVID and they cancelled it then. All of a sudden they started charging me again this year. I call to have the membership cancelled and a representative told me I need to submit an online request again. That's not happening. I was going to let them get over on me and just stop the recurring charge but alas their customer service can't even get that right. Off to my bank to file FRAUD!!!! The facilities have always been subpar and borderline unsanitary. I knew this going in but your shady business practices have led me here to share my story in hopes that potential customers know that if they choose to become a member with a gym that will give them a subpar gym experience, they also need to watch out because if they decide to part ways later, the company will attempt to nickel and dime them after their membership is cancelled. Good luck to you if you choose to do business with this company.

The staff is great they are nice and helpful. The gym need a little bit of TLC else this review would have been a 5 star.

Showers and jacuzzi always nasty. The floors are always gross. I’m not sure how people just ignore and still k around and use. They say short staffed. But staff isn’t leaving bodily fluids in the jacuzzi and extremely large clumps of hair in the shower. Put up a notice to your clients to take better care of your facility. Really feeling like the year membership I got is a waste. Too nasty for me. Can’t enjoy anything.

I came here at opening (5am) and the pool was packed. I don’t understand why this gym can’t open at 3am or at least 4am. 5am is way too late
