Dirty, dust and dirt everywhere. Machines are broken, pool is nasty and jacuzzi isn’t working and blocked off. Sauna has broken tiles and broken wood planks.

I requested to terminate my membership from mid July as I am moving out of state and the person processing did it from June and now they are telling me that it would take 22 days to reinstate my membership. I am willing to pay them for the month and now I am missing out from using the gym cause of their screw up!!! So glad I have been a member for 3 years to be treated like this - terrible customer service!!!

There are no functioning spin bikes to use unless you’re in a spin class. (There are two on the main floor, but because of mistreatment by members, there are no monitors to track rpm/distance). The bathrooms are disgusting. See attached photo from the women’s shower area vents. I’m concerned they’re not cleaning, which is scary post-covid.

Manager would not allow my wife to work out with me for 30 minutes without paying or commitments. At first glance this seems silly but, we have kids and paid for a babysitter so I could bring my wife to work out with me for the first time in over a year. After voicing my frustration about this, instead of meeting me where I was and valuing me as a customer, he argued with me. All I wanted was to bring my wife to see if she wanted to join but, did not have time that day. He was a complete tool. I was bringing him business and it resulted in me cancelling my membership

I remember coming to this 24hr fitness when I was in high school. This place used to look so bee when I came. And that was years ago and it is still nice looking . The environment is outstanding and the staff and visitors are respectful, until you get on that basketball court in the gym they have lol. But the gym is usually cool 5 on 5 runs and lots of talent coming out playing . The locker rooms are clean. I mean water will be on the floor but staff always keep this location clean for people who come visit. I would recommend this location to anyone

Underwhelmed with just about every aspect of this location.Dirty, no parking, not friendly or inviting, lacking equipment, the trainers I've overheard have been of poor quality.

It's not 24hr Fitness anymore. I live 1mi away and now it's only 20hr Fitness!!! The only non-busy times they're closed for. Now you have to face the rush all the time.Now I have to go all the way to Rosecrans from now on
