Great facilities. Clean, organized and great teachers too. I tried their $3 for 3 classes introductory offer and felt thoroughly centered after each class. Even better if they had additional times later in the evening for non-morning people like myself.

Kefi is a beautiful, inclusive and excellently run yoga studio. The owner is a so very helpful and accommodating, with a great sense of humor. She is a wonderful teacher and her classes are challenging and fun!All of the teachers and classes are fabulous, with an extra big shout out to Joseph, as you will want to take his challenging classes over and over again. He is also just a super nice human!You should check it out; you definitely won’t be disappointed!!

Fantastic! Love Kefi Yoga! Great studio run by an incredible human. Absolutely love all the classes, heated and non-heated classes. I always feel good when I walk in and when I leave. The studio has a great community and makes you feel welcome in every way. Iced tea and apples are always avail at the end of your class in the lobby. I've been doing yoga for 25 years and tried a lot of studios and this one is one of my favs.The entrance is behind the building - very hole in the wall feel but it opens into a beautiful space. Love this studio!

I love Kefi! I started postpartum when I couldn't get motivated to go to the gym and it did more than just get me in shape. It lifted my spirits and made me feel good! It is a down-to-earth, real people, no-ego type of yoga studio and is the ONLY yoga practice I've ever stuck with. I've loved every class I've taken. Angel is out of this world with her energy and humor. :) I would highly recommend to anyone regardless of skill level, flexibility, fitness, etc. Just come. You'll be happy you did.

This is one of my all-time favorite studios. The teachers are knowledgeable and feel like true yogis. Solid schedule of offerings. The amount of care and love the owner has for the practice of yoga, the studio and the community she's created is felt immediately upon walking through the door. I wish I lived closer so that I could go every day! Definitely recommend!!
