I had membership with them last year (June) . After pandemic when the gym was closed the charge me once . My membership was expired and they were still closed. When they reopened ,they charge me 3weeks ago ,without my permission. I called them manager wasn't available . Then they renewed my membership without my permission again . They do not refund , just told we understand but no refund . BECAME FULL ,because they have your account number they can charge you whenever they want and no refund . During I was talking with them ,many people called and had a same issue . They charge you without your permission and no refund . GYM policy ,froud 😠😠😠😠😠

This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. If the red mold on the shower curtains doesn’t get you, the slippery shower floors will. Any day now someone is going to slip and bust their head open on that wet tile.

Planet fitness is annextremely underrated gym. If you want a gym where you can just go there, mind your business and get a solid workout in, this is BY FAR much better than la fitness or 24 hour fitness. Also it's 10$ a month so I'm not sure how you could expect anything more.If there's one improvement they could make it would be to put some kind of covers over the lights over the treadmills - you have to wear a hat otherwise the light gets irritating after 5 or 10 minutes. Great gym! Go here with no regrets!

update on 7/4/2020, today is the 1st day that I see everyone wearing mask while exercising.... awesome Planet associates for reminding us on wearing masks to protect everyone..reopening is great... the place is super clean... make sure to wear your mask to protect yourself... most people in here don't wear... worry me a bit...

absolutely worst experience especially from Louie and Stephan very unknowable and no customer service. three employees miserable at their job and still haven't had the manager or general manager call me back. Dirty machines stains of sweat so staff doesn't even clean the equipment.. guess people dont matter to this business. Never coming back and definitely will never recommended this place. When I left no one even noticed they ask as soon as i got the tour if I wanted to join after the tour was completely unenthusiastic. The Tour Guide didn't even know what the difference is in the machines of the arc and the Olymptical . I was told ask Stephan he would know. the tanning is only 9 min every 24 hours . and the sauna has no time limit so you have to wait till that person comes out ... o yeah!!! only one person at a time in the sauna...there was so much more that happen in 42 min I tried to be there.

If you want a gym that is NEVER busy and is ALWAYS clean, this is the place to be. On top of that, the staff is very friendly. For under $25/month, Planet Fitness is definitely for the value conscious. There is no pool, sauna, or kids club. But if you don't use any of those amenities, you're much better off with a Planet Fitness membership over 24 Hour Fitness or LA Fitness.

I very much liked this location, it is very nice & clean! The women's locker room has hair dryers, a cool light up mirror, & a vending machine that has headphones, locks, & tampons. But you still have to have to bring your own lock for the lockers :-/

I love planet fitness keep up the good work. Clean bathrooms awesome employees and clean establishment.

A super clean facility, no crowds and all the equipment you need. We love PF!
