Great gym, with a lot of free weights. Parking is difficult in the "District" because you're competing with restaurant and mall customers.

Not bad for $10 a month. Kinda small n no pool, but equipment pretty new! Also the area is happening/district of Tustin.

All the staff is so nice especially a really really nice man in the front desk named Brent He went above and beyond to get me a membership, he works in the evening to save up for his family wedding He works very hard, make sure to pay him a visit 😆 …

Not only are they guilty of repeated Unapologetic service dog discrimination but someone let the air out of my tires while I was in there. It's possible the employees retaliated for me even trying to educate them about service dog law.

The facilities were clean and the positive environment is nice however their automated payment system is not. If their automated payment system fails to charge your bank(even if you have enough balance) they will not notify you and will charge you a $15 late fee without even notifying you in that case either. I canceled my mebership because of this. My bank balance had way more than enough to be charged but then I noticed a $15 fee on my bank accountl. I inquired about it only to find that it was due to a "late" fee. Manager thinks this is fine and i think this is unacceptable that the system does not notify users when their automated system charges you late and then bills you a late charge on top of it without any notification.I don't trust gyms automated payment system anymore if they try to screw around with my bank account under the hood.

I go to Planet Fitness 6/7 days of the week, I love this Tustin location! There is so much room, so many machines, doesn't feel over crowded, locker rooms are always clean! I just don't like not having paper towels in the locker rooms, because, lol I need to get rid of sweat! 😂 But I love coming here! Compared to the HB location, that's ok, and small and doesn't have as many machines. :/

If you don't take classes (like spin etc) it's great. I have always only used a gym for the equipment. The simplicity of the business model makes going to the gym an enjoyable experience. "No frills" gym is perfect for me.
