Sad how being a member for over a year, I can not bring my son over during his 1 week visit to town, and I'm told that I must upgrade to black membership in order to have him join me to the club. Hope there were options to be able to do that without having to go thru that process. Updated my score just for that reason

They show a great "deal" on a membership when you go in but fail to tell you about the late fees and/or the $62 and some change (per person) cancellation fee.The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

This Planet Fitness is a beautiful facility. I reached out to this facility to attend a Health and Wellness event. I spoke to the Assistant manager the first year and the Manager Kyler/Tyler and Chris (Marketing Department) the second year. Both managers and Marketing department agreed that this was an excellent opportunity to get more involved in the the local community. All parties agreed a representative would attend the event. We promoted Planet Fitness and our other vendors. Planet Fitness made a commitment to donate two black card memberships which we were excited and appreciative for their generosity. The event came and went and Planet Fitness did NOT attend and RENEGED on the black card memberships as promised. We we're very disappointed 😞 as Planet Fitness didn't call and when we finally spoke to the Kyler/Tyler and Chris from the Marketing department they still stated the certificates are at the local facility ready for pickup. After going to the facility multiple times in two years to pick up the promised black card membership certificates. The manager Kyler/ Tyler and Chris in Marketing department did NOT honor the agreement. When I reached out to the corporate office (Excel Fitness) I'm still awaiting a response. All the work that Planet Fitness does globally, I naively expected the same level of professionalism and integrity at the local facility in the community. What a DISAPPOINTMENT.

I always feel welcome here by the great staff! They are friendly and non judging. The facilities are top notch too. I always have a good time here, even when I don’t want to be at the gym. Haha.

Well, I've been a member for over a year and haven't been able to go for 9 out of the 12 months I've been paying the top membership. No reimbursement, just a stiff contract. I'm not even allowed in the door without a mask despite a documented medical exemption. I guess they only cater to a specific crowd. But another gym in town is willing to accommodate my medical needs so I will now be switching.

Best franchise yet. The entire atmosphere is large and open. It's the first one I've seen with completely private showers. I would love to come back to the Tyler location if my travels allow for it.

Just getting back into the gym. Adrian (trainer) has been fantastic. He's helped me develop a plan. Due to having an injury my plan had to modified just for me. Thank you to the staff for ALWAYS being polite. And FYI every time I have been there a staff member has been sanitizing the equipment in addition to several sanitizing stations throughout the gym. So go and enjoy your workout 😊

I go here because it is conveniently between work and home. The gym is clean and normally not too busy, I never have too much trouble getting on the machine I want. They keep it clean and well staffed. Stacie, Adrian and Yulando are the best!
