This place is cool. A decent vibe. However, the staff used to be friendly and welcoming. These days it seems like they are just milling through and just barely being friendly. I bet it is because they cannot sit or rest for long periods of time. Perhaps, the pay for the employees is lame? I hope the owners step up their game because Crunch Fitness is scooping up on their clientele.

An employee, while I was working out on a machine, pulled his mask down to tell me I needed to be wearing a mask to workout. I was told by the GM you had to wear one while entering and walking around. Half of the time I have been there, the employees have their masks pulled down. Ridiculous. I cancelled my membership.

I have been waiting for the moment to get back in the swing of taking care of my entire life.My body is not beyond repair. It's out of order. It needs a tune up. A factory reset.I was like it's been over 6 months.I need to get my endurance back.I need to drop 50lbsI need to just do itDisciplineI was like I miss running.I can run on a machine. I feel like Avitar.I can't run out side of the gym but in the gym I have my freedom backI feel good to be old enough to to have lived and died several timesAnd been given the chance or opportunity to start again

Every piece of equipment is spotless and always fully functional. I have never experienced a wait time for cardio equipment however I do workout in the early morning. There are all body types here.

A great clean gym. Staff are nice from my experience. Equipment has broken while I've been using it and I have seen equipment unavailable as well but this cant be avoided and is not the fault of the gym I believe.

Planet Fitness is the bomb!!!! They are super aware of cleaning and we help clean machines before and after! Megan, an employee, was soooooooo attentive to every need I had! Now the manager is soooooooo hot so PLEASE come work out and watch him at the same time!!!!😍😘😁😄😊 …

Ok so I like the equipment and the staff members are nice but I should not have to shower with black mold. If the staff would stop hanging out upfront when they have more than one person then maybe this wouldn’t be a problem. It’s a health risk and should be taken seriously.

My favorite place to go workout at any hour on any day. They are open 24/7 and not a lot of people here since the hype has gone down. I enjoy the new setup as they seem to have expanded their machine selections. Black card members have great perks. I can bring my friends and girlfriend to go tanning. They offer hydrotherapy massage machines in black card area. Showers and lockers in bathrooms. Great location. Absolutely live this gym.

I just joined this week and am very satisfied! Staff has been wonderful, friendly, and happy to answer my questions. There is a wide variety of equiptment to choose from, and even during busy hours I never have to wait very long for the machine I want to use. I made the switch because of all the drama and excessive rules my apartment complex kept making about using their gym and I couldn't be happier. It's well worth the $10 a month.
