Awful customer service and if you want to be ripped off and scammed this is the place. Me and my wife tried to cancel our membership because we had the payment to pay the membership fee on the 17th which is the day they said they would take it but they took it out 2 DAYS LATER what kind of sense does that make. After calling them the person on the phone was not helpful and very nonchalant about the whole thing. Worst place ever.

If you want to get ripped off for a gym, that's not even good, this is the place for you. Worst experience I've ever had. I'd rather workout at home then ever deal with another money hungry gym membership. Complete SCAM. I canceled my membership and I swear if I get one more charge on my account from them I'm going to call my lawyer.

The gym is ok but if you are needing to use the showers, might wanna make other plans. The women's showers are nasty. Hair everywhere on the floor, the showerheads are in need of repair, and the shower stalls are moldy.

This is the best PF I’ve been to so far. I love that no matter where I go, I can typically find one. But this one takes the cake. It’s clean, it has a variety of equipment, and everything is well taken care of to the point where it all looks new. Highly recommend going.

This gym is GREAT! So much equipment, everything u need without overcrowding, looks good, clean, good vibes. The employees are EXCEPTIONAL. They have a welcoming & relaxed hospitality here. They're helpful, hard working, fun, & positive. JAYLEN stood out to me with all that, & also integrity. I was really impressed with his work ethic. It seems to me he would make good management material! But I have been impressed with them all. I hope they get treated well by the company because they are a team of GOLD!

The gym was very clean and well organized! The employees are awesome. Preston was extremely respectful and found an umbrella for me to walk out in the pouring rain.I highly recommend this gym.

It truly is judgement free with a bunch of equipment. Each piece of equipment has directions with pictures on them, which is very helpful. Bathrooms are clean. Water massage beds are nice. Folks are kind and helpful. Im glad i made the decision to better my health and chose this location to have a membership after being able to be a free guest of someone.

Really Great Place to work and the staff are nice the only thing I don't like about this is their weird rules you have to follow but other than that it's a good place to go.

I was a member in Tyler TX for 2 years, canceled due to commute from work, I was told that I had 2 weeks until my end date, and that I could renew with no problem. I chose to renew and was told that there would be a $5.00 fee which was fine, after signing the RENEWAL of my original contract I decided that it would be best to cancel for the above reason, I was told that their would be an additional cancelation fee of $65.00, I asked why. I was told that the lady had created a new membership tying me in for a year instead of renewing my old one. I asked for a copy of the new one. I WAS TOLD A COPY OF WHAT I SIGHNED WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR 24 HOURS. THIS IS MANIPULATIVE, DECIEPTFULL AND WRONG. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK at the TYLER LOCATION. John Hallmark

Would give 0 stars if I could. I canceled my membership over a year ago due to switching to a closer gym, and just noticed some random fees. I called to see why I was getting charged, and was told that it's club fees and a membership fee. I explained I was no longer a member, and even provided my cancelation email. I was told 'even though it's misleading, it's not an actual cancelation email'. The title of the email I received was 'Cancelation information'. I was told I won't get my money back, and they will tell me the same thing if I go into the club to speak to a general manager. Scammy business with poor customer service.
