I like all the available equipment and seems not to be too crowded win I go in the early mornings. I hear it can get pretty busy in the afternoons. The staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you may need.

I wanted to take a moment and give someone the recognition they deserve. I had the pleasure of speaking with Austin Schusler and he was very helpful, kind, enthusiastic and offered exponential customer service. I express me concerns and what I wanted to achieve when going to the gym and he helped settle my nerves and got me all set up and ready to go. Speaking with Austin has been one of the best experiences I have had for a long time.In addition to the enthusiasm and amazing customer service he offered, Austin continues to motivate me towards my healthier lifestyle, by sharing positive words of encouragement and checking in to make sure I am making the progress I want to be making.If I was able to give him more than 5 stars, I would.

I have been a member of this Planet Fitness almost since they opened a few years ago. I love the price and the facilities. The staff is friendly. A few of the weight machines could use a few more weights as I can lift (push, pull, whatever) the whole weight stack and I am not by any means a body builder. (46 year old white male..177 lbs.) The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the showers and the dressing areas across from them had water all over the floor. I understand the staff can't be everywhere all the time and it was most likely caused by some inconsiderate customers taking showers, tracking water all over the place, and not cleaning up after themselves.

I love Planet Fitness; I have the Black Card which lets me go to other locations which I do all the time even out of state. I wish that they will make another location. The location is big; but for Tyler they have so many members that you are constantly having to wait for machines and weights to open up which can be the hassle. I have been to locations that had two stories and it made doing all the exercise routine effortless and less confined. Overall love it and the prices.

I LOVE planet fitness! They are always super nice and welcoming. I never feel awkward or out of place. They are open and staffed 24/7 which is fantastic for me with little ones at home, it allows me to go to the gym on my own time.

Honestly, it was good for a time, but not allowing a way out of a contract for living to far away is bull. I used to work down the street but got let go in November and I let it draft out til now. Today they withdrew more after I had it stopped through my bank I am highly upset! The guy at the front desk was anything but helpful and wasn't the least bit apologetic....this honestly was the worst experience I have ever had! Your gym is nice but your people and billing suck!!!!

SOOO busy after work. The prices are fair but more often than not there are machines that are out of order. The ones that are working are almost always full. Don't even try to use the free weights unless you want to wait 20+ minutes. The locker rooms/showers are clean and usually available even in during peak hours. Bottled drinks and fountain filtered water are available with a nice refill station for even tall bottles.

Great workout equipment, friendly atmosphere, helpful workers, clean atmosphere, cheap prices, free gifts, tanning and massage included. I'm able to bring guest for free. I've always loved planet fitness. Wouldn't go to any other gym. I also love a the purple accents it's my favorite color.

Great experience here at this gym! Always kept clean and staff is helpful. Austin in particular, this guy is probably the hardest working individual I've seen in a long time and consistently. Never stopping, cleaning windows to helping patrons. He is the first one who showed me around the gym. Always smiling too! I hope they pay him well, he deserves it.

Good gym a little busy at times but lexie at the front desk is great!!!
