Planet Fitness

Can't get their billing. Will deduct money off my debit card and then say I never paid them and they won't reimburse for their mistakes. Been there since they opened and see how loyal customers are treated. I am better off going somewhere else that won't screw me!

I always enjoy going to Planet Fitness. The staff is very personable. They make an effort to meet your needs and are always friendly. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the staff since becoming a member.

Relaxed, Productive AtmosphereI was a bit skeptical just reading reviews but the place really does have everything you need to get the job done and there's virtually no waiting. Prime time is around 5PM and I'm still able to get in and out of there quickly if need be. Go at 4AM and you'll almost have the entire place to yourself. Associates are informative and friendly. You see almost all members wipe the equipment down after use. It's a very productive driven environment. Have never seen or heard the "lunk" alarm go off but granted they don't have 250lb tractor tires being flipped either. Plenty of free weights , plenty machines, and an abundance of cardio equipment. Go take a look before spending $40/month elsewhere.Everyone calm down, the tootsie rolls are for the diabetic members or those who just want one.

So far, I have had an incredibly positive experience. The facility keeps up its "no judgment" motto and allows everyone to work out at their own pace. It's a great place to start your health and fitness journey!

Overall I have had a great experience so far, it would be nice for the fountain water to come out cold. Planet fitness will have peak times and I understand there are slow hours at the middle of the night and after 8 am to about 2pm. Their peak times really are peak times, benches, cable machines and smith machine racks are in high demand. Got to get in at the right moment to get to that equipment. Plenty of cardio machines.

This gym has it all! Very clean and safe. All the equipment works as is intended There is no pressure or intimidation from other patrons. Monthly subscription is very reasonable, a steal. Hands down simply the best. Kudos 👍 …

Very clean and friendly environment. The employees are friendly and do an excellent job keeping the gym clean. The equipment is in good working condition with a good variety of machines, free weights, smith machines and cable machines, plenty of cardio activities available and many other options for all fitness levels. I have been to many Plant Fitness locations and this is the nicest one of many great locations I've visited. Great gym and great price, I have no complaints and would recommend this Planet Fitness location to anyone.

I went to Planet Fitness to cancel my contract because of personal reasons. My personal life is definitely no one's business, especially the assistant manager at planet fitness. After being asked multiple times "why" and "how come" I finally convinced him that I needed to cancel my contract. He told me about the cancellation fee and I agreed. He gave me a yellow cancellation form and said "you're all done, have a nice day". I left to go back to work. I received a phone call later that day informing me to come back because he forgot to collect the cancellation fee. I will never recommend this gym to anyone and I will not be returning for personal use. Awful customer service.

Called corporate to cancel membership and find out why they charged me an additional $42 in October above my monthly membership. Corporate said it way my annual fee. They told me to print my bank starment out and to go into the club in person to.cancel my membership and show proof that the annual membership was deducated and they would refund it. Of course when I went to the club, that was not the case. They said they cannot refund annual fee and they do not know why corporate is telling people that. Nice way to stand behind your word. Gym was nice though.

It's was a little quiet the day after Christmas and the following day. Staff was nice, PF is in the middle of changing systems so they couldn't find me in their current system (Visionary), had my key tag and knew my old number. Honor System. Wifi (no password).
