Not my home club, but friendly, helpful staff. Different brands of equipment than other clubs. Took just a few minutes to get used to small differences on the elliptical.

Been going to gym for almost a month. The staff are pleasant, and the people just go in and workout and there isn't much distraction going on, which I love. I just check in and go workout. The place is really clean too. I love all the TV's and the music. Plenty of treadmills!! The one thing that bugs me, which isn't really management's fault but they could check in from time to time; is that people hang out in the 30 minute circuit room, texting and sitting on the machines without using them. It's annoying when I am trying to get a quick 30 minute full body workout in using all of the machines. They have a sign, but the people who should read it, don't. Today, which I thought was cool...a lady came in with her service dog and they both were on 2 treadmills. Does that dog know he has to wipe the machine clean when he's done?. :)

Got more of a workout trying to cancel. The 12 month contract doesn't end after 12 months unless you cancel. Which is ridiculous. Which me not signing another contract should tell you I don't want to continue going there. DUH But don't use them, don't sign up. Instead invest in a small town locally owned gym, and pay more for nicer people, and more knowledgeable folk other than the Stupid high schoolers working there.

Girl at front counter was rude to me and my guest, almost shockingly rude and all we were doing was checking in. She was upset that she had to stop talking to her friend and was very rude to my guest who has severe social anxiety and is hard to get to leave the house, never had this problem at other gyms. place used to be a lot friendlier

The pricing is very reasonable, the facilities are clean, the equipment is high quality as well as vast in variety, and there are nice perks like tanning and hydro massage beds.It has gotten me excited about going to the gym again!!!

They have something for everyone! No matter what kind of workout you wanna get done you can get it done here! They also have tanning, massage chairs and hydro therapy beds. Also as a women I feel very comfortable working out here.

It is very difficult to cancel my membership! I considered possibly coming back to planet fitness in the future, but after this I will definitely never go to another plant fitness! I will try a local gym. Better customer service!

Love this place....friendly staff, awesome equipment and just an overall great place to work out!!!! The night staff (Tanthony) is always courteous and helpful. The women’s locker room is always well stocked and clean.

This is a horrible place to work out. They have no free weights other than some dumb bells. They have 3 Smith machine unfortunately they're always being used by some very slow moving people and on my last 2 visits young women just standing in them looking at themselves in the mirror. I tried calling to cancel my membership today but, the number of people calling to quit was so great I had to leave my phone number and wait for the promised call back.I have decided to join a real gym. I can't justify driving all the way across town in Tyler traffic only to get there and realize that there is no way to get a workout and still get to work on time. I'm done with this place.
