I joined this gym when i found out my trainer started working there! I would recommend James Lacey to anyone. He goes far and beyond from what is expected and is amazing at what he does! He is very knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition and has made himself available even outside the gym if i have a question or concern. He puts his ALL into every client! I have known him for about a year now and he is helping me tremendously in reaching my goals. I am down approx. 25 lbs. and stronger than ever! Not only do i look better, but mentally i feel so much better than before! :)

I’m a class pass member who has visited many of gyms since joining; this Crunch Signature location is top notch. All the exercise equipment and functionalities you want in a gym and more. I was very impressed as they have tons of accessories to use that will take your workout to the next level. I’m coming back for sure.

I’ve been a member of crunch gym for several months now and am very happy with the services provided. The gym is always very clean and equipment in good shape. Personal training here is outstanding, I highly recommend it to all people, regardless of fitness level. The trainers are highly professional and really care about their clients. I worked with trainer, Mike Lanza and would recommend him to anyone looking to make serious results/improvement.

Nice gym in Hoboken, tons of equipment and space to do your own thing. Busy 6-8am and after work hours. Have not taken classes yet but hear good things. Showers and women’s locker room are nice and good for getting ready after your workout.

One of my favorite Crunch clubs. You’ll find update Hoist machines, a plethora of cardio equipment, and a great unique Strength training area with TRX that I’ve only seen at this location. Locker room is one of the nicest in the NYC area, with great showers, a steam room, and sauna.Front desk team is also great and good at remembering your face.

The gym equipment and amenities and offered at crunch meets my needs for the most part. Just wish that there were more cable attachment options (always have trouble finding the two handles for chest flyes). The fitness manager/trainer guy is a real creep though. He keeps watching me from a close distance and talking to me every time I'm there even though I tell him to "leave me alone" every time. I'm extremely busy and just want to get to the gym, get my training done, and get the hell out. I don't have time for BS-ing. Furthermore, I'm logging my work outs on my phone and he comments " are you super setting with your thumbs?" I did not find that funny or amusing at all. Can't a girl just go to the gym and be left alone? Is that too much to ask these days?

Pretty clean and cool place. Honestly the best part is the locker room. Very clean and lots of amenities like mouthwash, lotion, and even shaving cream and razors! The gym is good, a little crowded but what gym isn't.

***Update, I got my final month refunded, but only after a bad review. My trainer was AMAZING, but it’s way over priced for what it is, your membership doesn’t even get you into the other franchise gyms and your paying 10 times the amount. They also screwed me out of a month of membership when I was moving. Really just screwed me over with a lack of customer service. Total B.S.

By far the best gym in Hoboken. 3 Dumbbell areas, squat racks, areas to dead lift, classes, sauna, steam room, towels, etc.. Worth checking out if you are looking for a gym.

Big, full functioning gym. Group classes, cardio, machine and free weights, stretching areas, great personal trainers ( had one there for awhile, Jason, if he is still there go to him to bulk up, and over all nice guy) or small groups training. Big locker room, steam and sauna rooms for each gender in locker. Big showers too, great after a hard work out.Great views of the Hudson River and NYC skyline from free weight area. One of best full service gyms for Crunch that I have seen.Negatives, not a ton of group classes offered at this location that are at easy times and convenient compared to NYC locations.Crowd here is not your novice group, on an elliptical machine for 10 mins and calling it a day. Located in a very active and young town, crowd fits that. But I started there as a newbie, if you are are for it, it can get you there. Think about a few trainer sessions to teach you machines and go on off peak times, much easier then.
