24 Hour Fitness at 800 SE Tech Center Dr, Vancouver, WA, offers a variety of workout options, including free weights, machines, classes, and a pool area. Members appreciate the friendly and supportive staff, especially personal trainers like Caleb, who go above and beyond to help clients achieve their fitness goals. The gym's location and variety of equipment are highlights for many patrons.
Unfortunately, the name '24 Hour Fitness' can be misleading as the hours have been reduced, closing as early as 8 PM on weekends. Cleanliness is a consistent concern, particularly in locker rooms, showers, and pool areas. The maintenance of facilities, including the sauna and steam rooms, also needs improvement.

This gym is fantastic. Somehow all of the different clocks display a wrong time, so you never know how long you’ve been working out. It’s like Vegas—what time is it? This may be the secret strategy to getting ripped you’ve missed.EDIT: The clocks are now correct after a few months of posting this review. I’m no longer getting as ripped as if they were still wrong. Sad!

The promotion and really are not in line. Not nice to bring potential clients in and then at the location start changing a deal.

Weight room is solid. I rated 3 stars because the hours suck for being a 24 hour fitness. 8pm close on weekends is super lame. A 12am close everyday would be much better.

Bathroom is dirty. Not being cleaned from day to day. Every corner of the gym has dust a dirt. If there was another gym with a sauna near me I would switch. Equipment is in good shape and I like the layout.

The equipment is good , the layout needs a facelift, the temperature is way too warm and stuffy. Cleanliness is about average as I have yet to see any staff cleaning or spray equipment as I have in other less expensive gyms.

This gym is has poor maintenance/hygenie, machines, sauna & hot tub are always breaking down and now some workers quit after working here after a month. They have to close early (almost permenalty) because this location is a dying gym

This is one of the dirtiest gyms I've been to. The ellipticals are filled with dirt and grime. There is a layer of dust and filth on most surfaces. Whoever is responsible for keeping this one clean is NOT doing their job. Avoid this gym until management fixes things.

I Called to get help with my account since I was charged twice for my membership that is supposed to be on a freeze since I have covid. The guy who answered sounded super annoyed that I was calling and pretended to not be able to look up my account with my name and phone number he had a super bad attitude and hung up on me when I asked if he could use my membership Id number to look it up. Not that the employee cares about the business loosing customers but I definitely will be switching gyms.

THIS LOCATION IS UNSAFE from a covid-19 protocol standpoint. i have alerted the employees at this location several times and the corporate office and it seems they're unwilling to enforce the CDC, WA state, local, and their own safety protocols such as wearing a mask. i've seen more than a dozen people mostly men during each visit blatantly walking around maskless like a gorilla looking to dare anyone to approach them and say something about it.we are still in a pandemic and the latest omicron variant is more transmissible and cases are doubling across the country according to reports.there is signage at the front entrance and everywhere inside the gym that masks are required indoors. the employees and the corporate office seem to be unmotivated, unempowered, and or simply don't care to do their job to enforce their own mask mandate and the safety of their members.
