24 Hour Fitness at 800 SE Tech Center Dr, Vancouver, WA, offers a variety of workout options, including free weights, machines, classes, and a pool area. Members appreciate the friendly and supportive staff, especially personal trainers like Caleb, who go above and beyond to help clients achieve their fitness goals. The gym's location and variety of equipment are highlights for many patrons.
Unfortunately, the name '24 Hour Fitness' can be misleading as the hours have been reduced, closing as early as 8 PM on weekends. Jacuzzi is often broken. Staff just sits around up front. Nice place in a nice area. Place usually needs to be cleaned. They just don't keep it up. Jacuzzi was broken for months and then it was fixed for 2 months. Now it doesn't work again.Update - still not fixed 2 weeks later.

The gym equipment in the main area is in pretty good shape. And the main areas appear clean. But, as always, the locker rooms and pool area are not. The women’s locker room was absolutely filthy, crowded, and smelled like mold. The floors were covered in a half inch of muddy water. I went in to tour the place based on poor reviews and found them to be completely true. But I wanted to see for myself before I signed up online. I used to come here all the time back in 2011-2015 or so. The tile in the locker rooms is exactly the same, except broken and moldy looking. It’s long past due to renovate. If the toilet stalls were toward the front, peoples dirty street shoes wouldn’t cause such an issue. Plus better drainage is clearly needed. But what they really need is better janitorial services. Especially in light of COVID. The place is a germ factory. Finally, when I asked about the sauna I was told it just went out…but they’ve been spinning that line for almost ten years now. Just check the reviews. It’s always busted and filthy. Steam room too. No thanks. CAC may be twice the price but their facilities are much nicer.

Been going here for two years.Masks? Mostly. Coming to an end soon.Fox news on every available tv? Unfortunately.Nice facility but slowly going downhill.Staff contained in box up front the whole time.Likely going to switch to Crunch or similar if I can't exercise without Tucker staring at me the whole time.

This is a big gym with a huge basketball court, large events room, swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Lots of free weights, machines, and a ridiculous amount of cardio machines. Price is the same as other gym chains. Love this gym!

I canceled my membership and they gave me a refund receipt for Costco that did not include the time I was unable to use the gym for COVID, effectively stealing 5 months from me! I called and called, they just keep telling me I have to wait for 21 days to get the time credited back to use the gym. 24 hour fitness is a joke at this point.

I like this gym generally, but it's often crowded, people sit on the weights, and it's obvious that the bathrooms, especially the showers, aren't cleaned regularly. Obviously, it's not actually open 24 hours per day, so be aware of that. However, the cost is generally worth it if you buy on a discount (eg a membership through Costco). I would not have joined at full price.

Update::Do not join this gym!!They will not cancel my membership been waiting a week to get approved for cancellation and I paid the extra money to have a non year commitment! They said they don't have a manager there for weeks at a time and you cannot cancel without a manager. This is a complete scam of a gym.Closed more then it's open, fix the hours.Closed every couple hours, and completely closed 9pm to 5amAlso open the steam room somehow, I know it's corvid time, but if your charging me so much for a gym membership open stuff up.

20hr fungus, this place is gross in the locker rooms, shower, pool and sauna. The workout equipment is sub par nothing ever gets maintained. 20hr fitness needs to pull their head's out and do something .

I'd give this place 0 stars if that was an option. I do not understand how the name States 24hours but this facility is only open for 20hrs. Why am I continuing to be charged extra as a continual member to a place that isn't even open like they advertise. Either discount the monthly rate or let all your members know they'll be dropping to 20hrs and then give me some of my money back so I can go to a different gym!

How does a gym named 24 HOUR fitness close at 12am? Also the front desk employees have been instructed to not let anyone in 30 minutes prior to closing. As an evening service industry worker this completely disrupts my workout schedule. I am extremely disappointed in this blatant disrespect for their customers, as well as the betrayal of their founding principles. I suppose however this is only a repercussion of a business struggling to stay alive amid a nation of people devolving deeper every year into lethargy and stagnation who hardly have the vitality left to drive themselves to the donut shop.
