24 Hour Fitness at 800 SE Tech Center Dr, Vancouver, WA, offers a variety of workout options, including free weights, machines, classes, and a pool area. Members appreciate the friendly and supportive staff, especially personal trainers like Caleb, who go above and beyond to help clients achieve their fitness goals. I’m going to give Columbia Tech Center another chance because they MUST improve their monitoring of clients not wearing their masks correctly. I spoke to the desk tonight about someone continually working out weight lifting with their nose open to air.The guy at the desk started talking about people who have signed a waiver. I told him this was about a mask wearer not covering his nose. During the same hour there were several people taking their masks off or exposing noses. I overheard at least 2 people complaining to the desk and I overheard the worker comment that they were “trying” yet nothing was done about a client I observed not complying-they kept watching and discussing without taking action. You need to continually roam to protect those of us trying to follow the rules.

20 hr fitness. Also, a lot of the machines are broken. It’s always fun getting started and needing to hop from machine-to-machine just to get my warmup finished. Heaven forbid the working machines being taken up.But hey, I really enjoy the front staff. They’re really friendly. They get 5*, but the multi-million $$$ company does not.

I purchased Costco super membership for 24 fitness. During my high risky pregnancy, I provided my OB's letter for freezing my membership. After a year of freeze, 24 fitness canceled and close my account even though there are still almost a year left. They keep saying if I didn't response after the reactive, they just closed my account no matter how long it left. I stop by many times and call customer service, the staff refused to solve this problem. Never use this fitness anymore.

Bad BrAd Wilson (mismanager at the Tech Center) unlawfully froze my membership and sent Falsified Documentation to me stating it was "Per [my] request!" I have been a member at 24 Hour Fitness FOR 20 YEARS!!! Brought in numerous new members to the club! Created warmth and community with thousands of people! Spent thousands of $$$ on products I could've bought elsewhere! I even worked for 24 Hour Fitness as a Personal Trainer! After working out with a great friend at the Tech Center club on Wednesday the 26th, 2018 (day after CHRISTmas) I received an email later on in the day stating my membership was frozen (again, it was stated as "Per your [my] request")After contacting a different club (which I have been much more regularly working out at) I was told I had to speak with the manager at the Tech Center. Not even knowing who the person was, I drove to the Tech Center the next day (Friday the 28th and was told BrAD wasn't in and he is the one I needed to speak with...and he wouldn't be in until Monday the 31st, NYE!I drove back home (about 60 miles to make this trip each time btw) and called Corporate. After OVER 40 MINUTES ON HOLD I was hung up on with no answer ever!!I returned to the Tech Center after waiting out the weekend and finally met the EVIL AND ARROGANT BAD BrAD Wilson (as I discovered his full name when requesting to record our conversation for legal purposes)! BrAD, much like Tasha (mismanager at 24 Hour Fitness Gladstone, Oregon), accused me of training on premise and refused to explain what constitutes training, and further stated that "...I know..." why this and why that, and mentioned (as Tasha had before at Gladstone) that they know I was a trainer before for 24 Hour Fitness, and I know what training looks like and etc. etc....essentially b/c I have been a trainer for 24 Hour Fitness in the past, I can't workout with a friend under any circumstances! Purely harassed everywhere I go within 24 Hour Fitness environments (including even being harassed when I worked out with MY OWN SISTER!!)Long story short:When you're looking for a place to workout this New Year, PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE 24 HOUR FITNESS!!!The above is the gist of the story...below is God's Testimony to us that leads our awareness of His Grace for our Growth through such adversities from adversaries against The Lord and His people:Psalms 92:8-15But you, O Lord , will be exalted forever. Your enemies, Lord , will surely perish; all evildoers will be scattered. But you have made me as strong as a wild ox. You have anointed me with the finest oil.My eyes have seen the downfall of my enemies; my ears have heard the defeat of my wicked opponents. But the godly will flourish like palm trees and grow strong like the cedars of Lebanon. For they are transplanted to the Lord ’s own house. They flourish in the courts of our God. Even in old age they will still produce fruit; they will remain vital and green. They will declare, “The Lord is just! He is my rock! There is no evil in him!”Psalms 92:8-15

24 Hour Fitness Club(s) have a Police and an LGBT grapevine working in them near invisibly. At another branch of this Club, I was told that I trespassed in the TRX workout area. I asked that Member to tell a Manager at the front desk about this. This Member, a police supporter or off-duty security man around town, flexing "administrative" muscle, wanted to make a scene over this "infraction" in front of other members to embarrass, to intimidate, or to earmark. On another occasion, someone loud-voiced to me in the shower area, "Don't let it happen again if you intend to be a member of this Club" which was intended as a threat. At another branch of this Club, a male Member/Police Supporter was asked for a Sponsorship in the locker room by another male Visitor who said he could not Sponsor but who volunteered my face to offer this "Sponsorship" without my permission as I walked to my locker. This became unnerving as a man stood over me speaking in a foreign accent as I changed, who was given raised expectations that I would help with monetary-aid for something. This was done to make adversaries for me around town, in case I declined and to subsequently brand me as a "cheapskate,"--as resentful "stalkers" find you later. On more than one occasion, two different male Managers of the 131st St. Club stood at the front desk, hovering, as my name was searched in the computer. One young black woman asked with prior coaching, "What kind of name is that," as if it was substandard. For some reason, my name was hard to find in the computer, especially if the front desk personnel were new. It was as if the Managers were looking to note any "impatience" or "impolite carriage" in me after making me wait as my name was searched--as if I was unknown to "management." Some front desk women had a meeting on me as to what was really happening as they could tell there was more going on, which was appreciated.Another review here told of a Member selling "hash oil" or something similarly illicit in the locker room. I don't doubt this, as something similar happened near me as an unknown Hispanic male offered his palm with something smeared on it in the locker room. This became scary as at the same time, a male member whispered "polizia federale," to hush this man out of the locker room rapidly, all speaking Spanish, as if I was a "Federal Police[man]," which IS NOT true. I have come to know that if "Police," Federal or local, do not like you, or if one or two around town have "contempt" for you for you figuring out too much of what "they" do, or did in the past to your person, this is how that "contempt" can play out--to hang you out cross-culturally--as a "Federal Policeman"--to build you up--to spread street risk to you, for which you could be ill-prepared.I was shocked remotely in all these "Vancouver 24-Hour" branch parking lots as I drove off more than once--with GPS tracking of my vehicle---to sanitize my memory of such detail. On another occasion, a directive was overheard and given by a male Member/Manager to "Get some complaints on him," meaning on me. Women Police supporters sometimes help with this negative profiling around town as they are told to profile you as "weird"--or as "rude" or as crass, or as deceitful. In the Tech Center branch of this club, in an attempt to extend an Olive Branch and to enhance the grapevine on me before too much happened, I overheard a Member wearing a CERT shirt (Community Emergency Response Team) share with another male Member, "He [me] helped with WMD's when they were not found [re: Iraq], until further notice." As if this was not true if someone decided it was not true. After careful consideration, I decided to terminate my membership here as male Members or Managers were told to generate complaints about me, some as "Hooverites," some as LGBT, and to negatively profile. I am an honorably discharged Veteran of the US Armed Services, serving both in the enlisted ranks and as a Commissioned Officer. My initials are S.J.

Bad service! I tried to cancel my contract and they told me I had to wait the 12 months for me to be able to cancel. Ok I waited the 12 months but they never actually cancelled it and kept charging me. I called to ask why I was still being charged and they told me nothing was registered about me cancelling my contract, so pretty much the lady I talked to never put in that i didn’t want to pay for the membership anymore and they charged me $90 when the contract was supposed to already be canceled. They didn’t give me a refund and I had to do the whole cancelling process again. Let’s see if they actually do it his time.

I am not a member of this gym, but I do work in a neighboring building. When on my lunch I heard someone calling for help from a parking lot. I found a senior citizen who had collapsed getting out of their car. He outweighed me by a good margin, so I quickly sought the assistance of this gym.To their credit, they leapt into action. Their Fitness Manager Justin helped me get the gentleman back into his vehicle and stayed with him until he was recovered enough to leave.Thank you.

The place is clean, open and full of everything you could possibly need at a gym. The only thing I do not like is the new desk people who don't seem to want to do their job. The older folks are awesome and talk to you though :)

The guy who couldn't help reactive my membership said he was the "sales manager", he said the rate I had ($8.xx/ month) was no longer an option in their computer system. I went to the Palms & they got me my rate back. They don't have a slam wall here.

Coming here for several years. Parking lot recently improved. Very friendly stuff but sometimes unable to resolve some things. looks like 24Hrs corporate structure. But a single call to corporate office usually resolves problems that can't be decided at the club. Enough equipment not to wait in line.
