24 Hour Fitness

As others have said the place is filthy. The showers are full of mold and mildew and soap scum. They are not enforcing masks. The maintenance guy in the mornings must be a right wing Qanon nut,, he always changes the tv to Fox news even though the policy now is not to.

Men's bathroom stank of urine, the place had not been cleaned in a long time. Steam room was also unappealing due to its filth. I have visited most of the 24 hour fitness locations in the Portland area and this one was the worst in terms of cleanliness.

I been member in this club from day one. 2004 I love this club like my home! Friendly staffs! Max, Zach are awesome Management. Nick, Nicki are the best, all the staffs are great.

I’ve really enjoyed this gym! Whenever I’ve been here it’s always been well cleaned, from bathrooms to equipment. Staff always responds to tv channel requests and been helpful with my equipment questions. From my experiences, not sure if there’s an agenda from the few naysayers or what, but certainly not accurate from my visits.

I am a member and enjoy the classes. Masks are required in my classes. Everywhere else there are people with no mask or the mask below the nose. Today two front desk people had their masks below the nose. I don't feel safe there at this time.

I don’t recommend this gym, customer service is not really good I moved here from Texas and I was want to try it for three days as they say on the website the guy on the front desk his name is Max he said no we don’t do that we do only one day free pass , so I showed him the website I just say yes still one day , bad customer service, I suggest to anyone move here going to different gym , and for the gym manager stop wasting our time getting 3 days Pass and driving that get this bad customer service at the front desk that’s a shame ,

Gym isn't the worst 24 hour fitness in the area but most of the people who work here don't care about taking care of it. The bathrooms stink of urine and the floors are usually covered in it when I have to go in. Other than that it's ok.

I have been going to this gym for many years. I truly like it; very clean and the employees are super nice. I respect for the fact that they recently have changed the TVs channels to ESPN sports only.With all the respect, I wish we have one soccer TV. I miss watching my morning soccer games Channel 220.Thank you for your services.

Been a paying customer for many years. I go 6 days a week. I have seen this location go from a premier club to a not so good club. Certainly not worth the money I am paying. Corporate, if you are listening or reading this, go see for yourself. Place is not clean, customer service is terrible, gym floor is never clean and is in need of refinishing, many machines are not working properly, whole place needs updating, sauna and steam rooms are nasty and are in need of deep cleaning. Go see for yourself! I do not recommend this place.

Place is filthy. Stop taking showers, saunas, and steams because the place is not being cleaned and sanitized. Also, employees and management are allowing customers to not wear masks. Many are very good at wearing masks to protect themselves and others, but there are several that do not wear a mask. You have a mandate by the state and you are not enforcing it. You have signs up requiring masks, but you do not enforce it. Do your job!!! I can not recommend this place.
