This place has become disgusting, the sauna and steam room are never cleaned and there's mold and gunk build up in the sauna between the benches which is a health hazard, they say they clean it but they don't actually do It, all they know is how to take your money but not service the facility properly, it used to be a nice place to go to but the last year or so it went down south quick, and there's been alot of thefts here, nothing is safe

You need to really work on cleaning the pool hot-tub steam area. The excuse of loosing a lot of members during covid is no excuse to cut back on cleaning. The steam room is horrific and smells horrible. Please clean it everyday so we can enjoy are memberships we paid for

So I just signed up and it's only been four days but the hot tub/ pool/ sauna/ steam room desperately needs to be pressure washed and cleaned. There was a lot of hair in and outside the hot tub and you can see green algae all over the floors,also people just feel like there at home and by spitting on the sides of the hot tub, they look like the regular older men. You would think we as people would be a bit more cleaner giving we just went through a whole outbreak. Wish the sauna was bigger and more sanitary.

Club is super busy. Cleaning staff tries, but cannot keep up. Parking is horrible. Have tried to talk to management about issues, and no response or solutions.

Love this gym and when I lost my wallet Meriel kept it safe for me til I found my way back to the gym! Thank you!

Gym experience went down pretty bad at this location, use to be a nice place before... Water constantly not working now, no fountain water and bathrooms don’t flush. Drinking fountain water very misty, not clear at all.

Overall actual gym side is fine don’t see anyone cleaning up after themselves but I can do that it’s usually busy but not really verbally busy for what want to do. Now for the pool sauna hot tub area it’s like there’s the same people there everyday all day. There’s 10 people in there all the time and then they go from the hot tub the the pool and back even though I was in the pool lane swimming. I didn’t even have to look inside the sauna but just know there’s too many people in there barely saw anyone leave it only people going in. Also it says only 18 and over for the pool and I’ve seen kids on that side they were at least 14/15 they’re just playing in the pool sauna and hot tub. Nobody comes in to check at all if there’s anything going on. Don’t leave anything unattended people won’t even ask if you’re still using something they’ll just take it. Staff should be more vigilant I mean what are the cameras for or maybe do a walk of the pool area and gym area

Overall we have had a great experience here . I came in last weekend and spent about an hour signing my daughter up for a buddy pass , the girl up front Julie had made a big deal out of my daughter not being on the pass ( she was on my husbands and I didn’t realize he needed to be us ) so I put my daughter on mine . Came in today and my membership had not been upgraded , there was no note, and had to spend more time once again upgrading my membership . Thankful for Mae though, who was very kind and helpful. It only took her 10 minutes to upgrade us and printed out documentation to prove I had an upgraded membership. Moral of story if you upgrade or sign up make sure you get the proper documentation that proves it .

This location is trash. Staff is nonexistent. Locker rooms look like they never get cleaned, lockers are falling apart, particle board flaking up, and some have trash in them. The bathroom area in the locker room is disgusting, looks like it never gets cleaned.Exercise equipment is decent enough, couple broken machines here and there.The only reason I come here is because my work hours are sporadic, and they’re the only club open late. If you’re able to go to a different club, I suggest you do that.

I had been a member of 24 Hour Fitness for many year and loved that they offered a sauna,however,I just cancelled my membership this weekend. This location is not clean at all. The gym itself and equipment seem ok,but the locker rooms look like they are maybe cleaned once a month,but the sauna here is absolutely disgusting. I think it was recently renovated too,but you wouldn’t even know. It doesn’t look like it is ever cleaned. Disappointing.
