Garbage!! Staff is disrespectful, don’t waste your time coming here, your typical nasty gym that will take your money. I did not enjoy my experience here.

Place seems like its run by incompetent people. Got a free 3 day pass to check out this location and they told me I couldn't come in because I've had a membership before. That membership was 5+ years ago at a different location thats now closed. Watch out for Eli at the front desk..has difficulty putting a sentence together and logic is not his strong suit.

The staff here is great. I often get competency from workers and sometimes friendliness, but I've now met about a 12 of the staff and they're characters. I love them.

Spa and steam room are both broken, going on months now, bathrooms are filthy - shower heads covered in calcium, shower curtains are a science experiment, etc. Apparently members' cars keep getting broken into as well. This is the most ghetto 24 I have ever been to and I've seen my share.

I signed up for a free pass to try out the gym on their website, but then they told they didn't honor it, and I would either have to sign up for a membership or pay $25 for a day pass. Please update your website to reflect that. What a waste of my time driving all the way out there.

The management does not care. Repairs do not get done, cleaning is unimportant, no lo ger 24 hours.Come here and see. There are other issues but these are very clear.Would be easy to run this entire franchise. This team of idiots cannot pull off getring a door fixed from the men's locker room to the pool area.

Always issues with the short manager guy there. I want to assume he is of Asian decendant. This last year has really made me upset we are all ripped off and paying bow more for amenities we never receive. It's litterally expensive to go here to just use the equipment. Might as well switch to crunch or planet fitness at this rate.Update after a year and a half.Have seen that manager and it's not open 24 hours. No need for masks. And everything seems to be flowing. 3 star from 1 star.

The Dry Sauna is Substantially Heated for its Beneficial Qualities... Thanks... but you should shorten the Ceiling in the Wet Sauna...This is a very easy project that will Eliminate the Need to water down thermometer...Heat rises and steam evaporates too quickly with that much air... You Will Save A Grip on Heating Costs as well, I presume

Steam room, showers, pool area and locker rooms are dirty. Steam room gets cleaned once every 2 weeks (or very poorly cleaned), a piece of hair will be stuck to walls 2 weeks straight- brutal.Door handle to mens lockers is broken.Overall- 24 went from being great 3 years ago to being planet fitness.

It’s clean (for a gym) and the equipment seems to be maintained quite well.Unfortunately it has become full of anti-maskers and phony juiceheads. Some days only 10-20% of people are wearing masks. I have seen the GM go around asking people to mask up but shouldn’t be his job. It’s the fault of the low quality clientele.Weekday mornings are fine, but weekends and evenings look like a trump rally up in there.
