24 Hour Fitness

This place is dirty. Starts in the parking lot. Trash everywhere. Is nobody assigned to pick it up? No trash can outside so everyone just leaves their old masks, drinks, paper towels on the ground. Inside nobody wipes down the machines. Equipment is always broken. Locker rooms are disgusting. It’s just a gross place.

Men's room has strong sewer smell for about the last month, even after just cleaned. Someone should call the health department. I had bugs crawling all over me after only a short time as I was gagging from the stench.

I signed up for a 3- day pass to try it out just to see if I would like this location before getting 1 year membership promotion. This location is open 24 hours, so I tried to get here after work around 10p.m but the front desk guy told that he was not allowed to process my pass after 9p.m. They need to state that or provide more details on the website instead of wasting their customers’ time. Losing one new customer would not hurt anyone I guess LOL

I started taking the Body Pump class with Kristin on June 3rd this year. I’ve never experienced a better coach! She watches form, to make sure there are no injuries, she constantly motivates to keep you going and explains how/why and benefits of the muscle group being worked! I would have given more stars, but 5 is the limit! Thank you Kirstin for your professionalism and commitment to giving us your best! Deb

I still can’t forgive their sales team for signing me up for a 2 year commitment a couple years ago without telling me just to get more commission. Also all the people from the closed Andersen sport gym got a free ride to their “super sport” gym at this location so it’s packed. Go to Golds or BG fitness literally no reason to go here anymore, just leave this gym to rot as it deserves and go somewhere else, trust me your gains will thank you.

I recently just moved here in Vancouver and would like to see if i like this gym. So i would like to give it a try and signed up for 3 day pass. BUT I got turned away for just because I used to be a member somewhere else 12 years ago, even I have never been to this facility. Just to give you an advise. Thats not how you gain business and welcome returned members. If you have been a member at other branch. You can save a trip. They will turn you away.

Visited this gym yesterday to try it out at a friend's recommendation and had a great time! Julia at the front desk helped my partner and I set up new memberships, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were getting the right membership for us. Julia even helped my friend (who's been going to 24hr fitness for years) fix an issue with her membership in no time at all! Very impressed with the customer service, can't wait to come back here.

The staff does not enforce mask guidelines set by the Washington Department of Health. Due to my job, I have to interact with elderly and disabled people on a daily basis, and I can't put myself at an unnecessary risk to become a carrier of covid-19. Other clubs can enforce mask mandates, I don't know why they don't enforce them here.Also, a few machines were broken. I mainly use free weights, so I was able to get through my workout without trouble. It is frustrating paying $600 a year for a club that can't keep their equipment working.

Great Gym and Exercise Facilities! Also the management and reception assistance is very helpful and the best in the Northwest! The Manager Tim was a big help to us as a Military Veteran Family, he has helped us to adjust to civilian life and really provided a warm welcome to Vancouver! Also the receptionist Rebecca was very helpful as well. Military Families like us really appreciate help and friendly assistance and flexibility from this 24 hour staff, they are all helpful but Tim the Manager is a real hero to us! The best 24fitness gym in the area thats my opinion. I been to all of them since I have super sports access. The layout is spacious, has a nice basketball court, I wish the sauna and steam rooms are open. By far my favorite gyms are Palms, Hollywood & Clackamas 24fitness locations.
