Good prices. They try hard to keep things clean with someone coming around the bathrooms/ pool area every hour to clean.Hot showers would be nice. I'd give this location an '8' out of 10 . Pool temp is ok in the winter, could be a few degrees warmer but is warm enough most of the time. Friendly, professional staff at Fourth Plain location.

Basketball gym floor is always dusty and slippery. People can slip and get injured on this court. Management seems to not care or employees are too lazy to do a 10min mop

*Bad business practices* Couldn't help/teach my girlfriend. My girlfriend is a beginner when it comes to the gym and exercises. When I was taking her through one of my warmup routines on the fake turf, showing her how to do an exercise properly. A staff member came over and told me I can't train clients and that I needed to stop... I explained she's my girlfriend and I'm not a trainer. I was told it still counts as personal training, because *I'm instructing her*. Wouldn't it make sense to allow people to teach proper form and technique? Not only that, I'm certain everyone who has brought a guest has taught at one-point. This just seems like a greedy push to force people into buying training.

I’ve been a member here for 2+ years and they’ve really done a great job recently of keeping the gym clean, and equipment in working order. The men’s locker room can get a little messy at times but the staff is working hard to keep it clean and sanitary. This gym is the best in the area in my opinion. I’ve been a member at Crunch, LA Fitness, and Planet over the years, and this location has them all beat. Friendly front desk staff and well stocked supplement and drink options too.

I don’t have a membership here and frankly I don’t want one. I go with a friend who has a buddy pass and since I’m new to working out my friend was showing me how to do exercises. Was told by staff that we had to stop because “personal training” is not allowed unless you’re using 24 hour fitness’s personal trainers. I wasn’t paying my friend as a personal trainer but they said providing direct instruction to another person counts as personal training. They just want to make money off of their own trainers. 🙄

Every body needs to check up on there bank statement s because I noticed some suspicious charges from 24 hour fitness recently and so I dug deeper and come to find out they had been illegally making charges to my card on the upwards of 500$ additional to my account Wich I confronted them with proof which the manger had no explanation. Every body check your bank statement s!!!!!!!! They are crooks

I signed up for a 3 day pass online. I got a call shortly after from one of the workers and scheduled a tour. When I got there, all the staff were friendly and welcoming. I found the gym and locker room to be clean. I’m excited to start working out here.

Great time with friends I wish the cleanliness was a bit better. Floaties of fuzz, clumps of hair in jacuzzi, also hair along the bathroom wall by hand dryer. The sauna had bottles and paper towels thrown around in the room. Showers smell of uncleanliness. Warm water is hard to find within the shower knobs.

Charged me $25 for a one day pass when I was supposed to receive a free 3-day pass. Kind of makes me hesitant to sign up for a membership when the staff is already omitting information on day one. If you plan on signing up for this gym make sure you do your research online before speaking to the staff. They're trained to omit information and don't truly have your best interest in mind.

Met a friend here to try it out because I’m looking for a new gym. Let the Middle aged white woman at the front know this is my first time and I’m not sure how the sign in process worked, she asked if I had identification to prove I’m 18 which I did, asked me a couple questions and started to let me through, then told me that she can’t let anyone after 10 pm get a guess pass. Easily snuck in while she left the front desk unattended since she teased me about the guess pass. Thought it was kind of odd they don’t provide basketballs since they have a basketball court, but gym members were happy to share. Pretty large facility. They have a pool, sauna, hot tub, various types of workout equipment, yoga room, etc. I could imagine it gets pretty packed though. Wasn’t much open space on the courts even at 11:30 at night. Pretty compacted court, only 1 full court and a couple hoops along the side but hard to shoot on them.
