Fitzone is the best gym in Ventura! The workout is a fun mix of strength training and cardio. They have the best trainers who are always changing it up so it’s never boring and you get a workout for all your muscle groups. You’re guaranteed an ab workout every time because of how much we laugh! There’s glow workouts, beach days, themes, birthday celebrations… My physical and mental fitness have never been better, and I’m so grateful for my Fitzone Fam!
