I love Fitzone! As a group fitness instructor with 16 years of experience I really can’t say enough amazing things about Fitzone. I have been a member for 3 years and continue to be impressed with the knowledge of the staff. All the staff! Every workout is different, they accommodate all fitness levels and are involved in the community! They volunteer in local charity runs, host holiday events at their facility that benefit those struggling in our community. Molly and David have worked so hard to create a place to help set and achieve fitness goals all while creating an atmosphere that is comfortable and most important not intimidating. Love the classes at FitZone. Chelsea is an incredible instructor. She definitely knows what she is doing and knows how to help each of her clients get the most out of their workouts. I don't know how she does it but she knows the name of everyone in her classes and always makes you feel welcome. I love that in addition to leading amazing workouts she always has encouraging words that I can apply to all aspects of my life.
