FitZone is the best place for a great workout! Molly and her team of trainers are energetic, encouraging, and provide great workout routines to keep me motivated to stay until the end of class. This is so much better than a gym where you take classes in a big room with no clear direction. Each day we know what part of our bodies we are working and I love how everyone in the classes support one another. Now I look forward to exercising because FitZone is not a gym. It’s a community where we go to relieve stress, have fun and enjoy working out.

I recently joined FitZone after a LONG hiatus of no organized and consistent exercise. I’m 60 and have a long road ahead to achieve my fitness goals. I have belonged to many gyms in my life and can honestly say FitZone is the most supportive environment! Molly and Dave (owners) are incredible and their team of trainers are some of the best! The members are also so supportive. It’s a super positive place and my only regret is that I didn’t join sooner. If you are looking for a place that truly accepts people of all shapes and sizes, look no further. The gym is clean and organized and is a great place to work on being the best you can be!
