The fact that they can clearly see there members not sign in, due to what ever issues they are having in thier personal life, for example me and health issues, they will continue to charge your card, then tell you, you have to pay extra to cancel?? This is insane, I had to call my bank to put a stop on their pulls from my account. Absolutely ridiculous plus they will just auto renew your contract without your consent...should be against the law if you ask me. I do not recommend this place

Went in here and the attendant didn’t know how to use my out of state pass! They were paying more attention to the music they wanted to pick out and play! I don’t know if it was because of my skin color but these young ladies were definitely not helpful to me at the time! I will be canceling out my membership because even at home they really are unprofessional! They didn’t have any cleaning supplies and equipment needs to be updated

Myself and a group of my friends decided to visit this location to workout. One of the ladies I was with was helping us correct our form and one of the attendants decided to come over to say we cannot have outside training. There were several groups of people working out but he decided to bother us. He came over several times interrupting our session for nothing looking to pick. Ndoro was very rude unprofessional and smelled like marijuana and looked to be high. His eyes were low and red. As we were leaving him and two other employees were at the front desk discussing our group and found the situation as a joke. He was arguing with another one of my friends with a gym full of people. This is not my home gym and because of Ndoro’s behavior that will be my last time visiting the Holland Rd location. Seriously considering canceling my membership.

Incredible gym and wonderful staff.

We have been going here since opened and love it. Such a great deal for only $10 month...and get to go to any of them anywhere, so when we go out of state we can still. It's only another 10 month for free guests and massage beds and tanning, too.Mark & Emily Bold ❤️
