Very Dissatisfied with the customer service and professionalism here at this location not to speak of the other 2 locations that claimed they canceled my membership previously 🙄. I came to this location and the Lead LB was very rude and unprofessional. Waiting to speak to their club Manager La'nita at 9am today if she can't refund my money, I need to speak with Corporate Office immediately.

Holland Road location is clean with great PF personnel, Plenty of equipment and just a great atmosphere.

Only a handful of workers even acknowledge you exist when ever you come! Most of the benches are worn down and tore! Who is controlling the climate? Why harass people about a policy on the gym floor while they are working out?

I should've known better than to sign up with planet fitness. They're stupid policy for a black card holder I pay an amount every month and to cancel my membership I have to pay MORE. "I'm breaking a contract" All because I'm moving and I didn't want to go through with having to travel back to my home base just to cancel my membership Incase something happens to me. Planet fitness doesn't even have good amenities. Some ran down message chairs whoopie that only black cards can use. One life has it all I should've never switched. Highly unsatisfied and I don't understand how they get away with a contract like that.

Place is always clean. Plenty of equipment to use. Staffs are always friendly.

Overall, VERY good gym to work out at. The price is excellent, the staff is very friendly and the equipment and work out areas are always clean and sanitized. Very happy overall, job well done, keep up the great work!.

Equipment is seriously older here. Spinning bikes . . . Just forget about it. I guess i was spoiled at the other locations with newer equipment.On the other hand, 24 hours is nice.
