Equipment is seriously older here. Spinning bikes . . . Just forget about it. I guess i was spoiled at the other locations with newer equipment.On the other hand, 24 hours is nice.

Great workout. A little older and more used than the gym in kemps river crossing. Compared the two within a few days of each other. Kemps River is a tad bigger and cleaner. There was a lot of competition for machines at the Holland location. Didn’t experience that at all at kemps river. If you have to choose one go to KR.

Its great here! Nobody bothers or judges you friendly staff is a huge PLUS! Theres no wait time for any equipment

I don't feel rushed or judged. They have a lot for the price. The staff day and night are always very happy and helpful. It has everything big gyms have but without the fancy price. I love that it is open 24/7.

I came into the womens locker room and saw a foreign woman going through lockers. Please be careful about your valuables here!!! She was even trying to fidget a lock

I love this place! I love the massage chairs & tables all of the equipment. The body enhancement machine is one of my favorites

Great place if you looking for an low cost gym with no contract commitments.Depending on the time of the year, they usually run specials to join.

I came to this planet fitness ready to change my life and get healthy I'm supposed to have a personal trainer in the contract I agreed to pay. However, his schedule is very restricted it's only from the morning to 12:00 p.m./noon which is work hours for me. The gym informed me that he's the only personal trainer there and I wanted to make sure my first day I was doing the workout correctly so I decided to take off of work and that same day they canceled my appointment and it took me over a month just to get an appointment with him. They don't even properly train you on something simple like 30-minute circuit. Getting in training on the equipment is even 10 times harder therefore, they don't honor their contract so I had to cancel. I may come back in the future because the gym is very close to my house and I believe it's an employee situation because their employees is very rude and was not sympathetic to the fact that I took off of work just to be canceled on they just told me oh we only have one person he sick...welp? Hopefully they can add more staff and upgrade the staff business and work ethics as well. And if the gym is a 24-hour gym at least have working personal trainers that work around that to a longer period other than 12:00 noon. I get off of work at 3:30p it should not be impossible to get a personal training session after 3:30 p.m. another thing I find very disturbing is that you are not allowed to bring anyone in to show you how to use the equipment however, their staff don't show you how to use the equipment either and it's very dangerous to work out and be doing things incorrectly. Getting a personal trainer at PF to have a session with you was like pulling teeth

I appreciate the workers here they are always very helpful, I also appreciate when I am not greeted or invited into small talk. Were all there to workout, shower, and go home. Much Love to the PF

Me and my wife just got a membership here, everything seems fine to me. Could use heavier dumbbells (75 was the highest they had that I seen) but over it's still a nice place and staff were friendly helping us fix an issue with my wife's membership.
