Good friendly staff. Very helpfulClean environment. Only problem is the towels and hand sanitizing stations often are empty, multiple ones. When they should be out checking them more often than they are. It happens here and there on some days but NOT every single day which is good. They just need to keep up on that a bit more other than that everything's great. Lockeroom and bathroom stalls are exceptionally clean as well!

Tired equipment , Covid safety is important but they spend more time being mask police than worrying about the Real health risk. Members leaving greasy sweaty equipment constantly. Maybe time to retry One Life. Sad because we had enjoyed this gym I lost 100 lbs here. We have shared these concerns multiple times and will not be returning. They simply do not get it.

Thank you for enforcing wearing a mask at all times!!! Thank you! Thank you! We we’re thinking of stopping our memberships as we felt unsafe as most of the customers were not wearing a mask ever! Thank you for enforcing it! We will feel much safer and continue to get our workouts on!!! You guys are great!!!

This location is not open 24/7. It's located in a strip mall, behind DQ. They have most of the same equipment I'm used to using, but no torso rotation machines. The employees are nice, for the most part. They don't seem to know how to address black card users from out of town, every time I came I was treated differently, one time I stood at the counter for 20 minutes. Ugh. This location has some very lazy employees who would rather play with their phones in the locker room then to do their jobs...ladies. This location is also very dirty. Dust is EVERYWHERE.

Let me say my experience at Planet Fitness on Holland Rd 9/2/2020 between 9:30pm - 11:11pm was the worst. I walk in the door and the female and male behind the counter were in their conversation, never once acknowledged me. Then the paper towels were either very low or out completely. Then as I'm leaving about 7 employees were in a conversation never once said have a good evening nothing. One appeared to be a manager, I'm assuming cause she was barking orders. I come to planet fitness and brag about how the staff greets you and are very friendly and make you feel like family. Not this crew, the worst ever. I'll keep going during the daytime.Clarke'

Fast service. I called to freeze my membership and they responded quick. The other gyms are much complicated when it comes to dealing about cancelling/ freezing your account, but Planet Fitness has an excellent service. The people that work there are friendly compare to the other gyms that i used to go to. The place is clean and bright. Love the environment there.

I am new, I switched from a private center to here because of the hours mostly, and the cost. So far I love it. It's clean and that fan is amazing while on the cardio machines. The air is heaven sent, I hate being HOT while working out. The machines available are great, and the staff is super nice. I do wish on my first visit someone had asked if I wanted a tour, but everything else has gone so well it's okay. I'm sure if I had asked they would have given me one. So far I am very happy with my switch!

Best place to work out in the whole wide world!! Tons of equipment, great TV channel selections on at all times, super cheap monthly rate, and a whole bunch of extras for the black card membership... Tanning, massage chairs & hydro massage tables, red light therapy beds, & a free guest anytime to workout with you!! 5 stars for sure! 💪👍 …

This gym is awesome! People who work here are really friendly and professional! Have been here for a few weeks, and can't think of anything bad! I have there black card and it's awesome to work out then get a good massage afterward! They also have tanning beds too. Place seems to stay clean too. Love it here!

I love this gym. I have had nothing but, positive results from the staff. They are always friendly and welcoming and you can't beat the price. I am not sure what other bad reviews are speaking of with cancelling memberships but, my son went off to college and I had no problem cancelling the membership. They are very helpful and you can't beat the amount of equipment at this place. It's awesome!
