Great service and nice gym and they just updated the machines !!!

I love this place, it's not crowded and the staff are friendly and are always cleaning.

DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE. This planet fitness is the WORST one to go to, the staff is RUDE and INCOMPETENT. They will not help you and discourage you from going to the gym. They are below minimum wage workers who just want to squeeze money out of people for their corporation. This gym is built just to get money from people, no heavy weights, rigged machine weights that are designed to make you think that you are lifting more, and no free weight section to do any actual weight lifting. If you’re serious about your gym journey then go to a ACTUAL gym

I like planet fitness. The only complaint I have is that this company lacks offering childcare for mom's to be able to come enjoy a good workout while knowing her kids are safe only steps away. Especially for families who move to the gym location knowing no one in the area yet to hire for childcare.More would join this establishment if they provided safe childcare to make this establishment family friendly.Especially in thehomeschooling generation we live in today & during the summer months when school is out & kids are home. Often mom's have to quit going during the summer months because she has kids at home & no one else to help her with them so she can workout.The equipment is good & lots to select from. But lacking offering childcare. I hope this changes.But for now I have to look for another gym. One that does offer childcare so I can get back to going to the gym. Let me know if you ever add childcare & I'd be happy to rejoin.

Outstanding atmosphere to workout at any time of the day!

Great experience with the staff and other people that attend anet Fitness. Just attending gives me energy to continue goals.

It’s crazy how insecure this gym is at night time. No one at the front desk majority of the night tonight again. Anyone could walk in and do anything. Very scary.

I came in to cancel this membership for the 3rd time and the 1st person here told me the other 2 location should have told me to go where I signed up to cancel. This location had a rude Lead or Supervisor named JB whom was not professional as all. She stopped the girl and was like IDK why the other locations didn't cancel you bc we are all in the same franchise so I can't speak for them, you're not getting your money back. I asked for the corporate office information,she blurted IDK that information but maybe the club manager La'nita would. She made me so mad that I waited on the club manager for over 40 minutes. She said she should be in at 9.

Very Dissatisfied with the customer service and professionalism here at this location not to speak of the other 2 locations that claimed they canceled my membership previously 🙄. I came to this location and the Lead LB was very rude and unprofessional. Waiting to speak to their club Manager La'nita at 9am today if she can't refund my money, I need to speak with Corporate Office immediately.
