Facilities are in great condition, and the place is very clean. I have a black card membership and I come to this location every time I visit visalia. $22 isn't bad when you consider their locations are all over the country, so you don't have to stop working out when you're on the road.

This gym and location is the best! Staff is like family and keeps everything clean and tidy! If ever there's a problem with equipment, they are right on it with help to resolve the issue! I haven't came across anyone with a judgemental, arrogant attitude here but then again, you won't if your not looking for it. Just come to get a good workout and you won't be disappointed.

Just wanted a 3 month membership and decided to go the cheap route and get one here. Turns out with all the fees I paid about $130 for 3 months which is not great! They also have no barbells or benches. No squat racks either. The place says its a no judgment area but they get mad at some people for wearing cut off shirts but not others.... Its an odd dynamic.

Very friendly staff who are always willing to answer questions about equipment or suggest alternatives.One of the cleanest gyms I’ve been to, including the locker room/bathrooms.24-hour staffing (except major holidays) makes me feel safe.

I'm really enjoy Planet Fitness the people are so nice no one bothers you. Everybody is polite and everything is clean. Again in I spend my 2 hours sometime 1 hour and I'm fine I couldn't ask for a better gym. I was in at In-Shape but nothing compares to Planet Fitness. I appreciate being there Betty I only had one problem but it was taken care of in the matter of minutes. No complaints

When I tried to correct an error on my Planet Fitness account I was told to call corporate. Lol, there is NO corporate; it's a CALL CENTER. The agent I spoke to told me she couldn't help me with my issue and was only able to TAKE a payment. This gym is not run in a professional manner and if you ask for help, there's just B's to sidetrack you.

Love this gym! The equipment is never too busy, you can always find something available during your workout no matter what time of the day you come. Very clean and great staff!

First day there tried to use the total body enhancement room. On the way to the rooms we saw 3 employees on the couch watching football on the TV. Not one acknowledged us. We spent over 10 minutes trying to figure out how to use the body enhancement machine. Then tried another machine in a different room, another 10min until we went to the front desk for help.... because the guys made no attempt to help. So the person in the front who scanned us in didn't even remember us, I could understand not remembering but I'm sure there were about 10 members in the gym at the time, She asked if we scanned in before explaining that we needed to ask the staff so that they could start the machine. Terrible service!Almost no free weights so you cant lift heavier than 75lbs. No squat racks only Smith machines. No bench racks so chest days and leg days will have to revolve around Smith machines. There are no Olympic bars so any types of lifts will have to be at the Smimachines. Showers are very small and not modern like we had been told.And for this gym being called the "judgment free zone" they have a "lunk alarm" which bluntly makes a joke of what they mockingly think bodybuilders are/act.

I love this gym! Employees are very personable. Variety of options for fitness. Its actually fun here. No one bothers you or makes judgement of anyone. Very enjoyable. No pool but its clean. Plenty of lockers. Clean private showers. Very nice relaxed atmosphere. Tv room to rest and watch big screen tv. Best gym Ive been in!

Nice small gym for the price. Supposedly this place is supposed to be "non judgmental" or a gym for the quiet and humble, but it's basically just like any other gym. There are people there of all different fitness levels and attitudes, so don't worry. Also they don't really enforce the no lunk rule with the lunk alarm or anything. Overall it's good for the price but if you have the money, I would suggest something like in shape.
