Ive learned so many techniques and how to defend myself. They teach us how act more like leader. Before I joined I acted very bad(I joined when i was 10) im now 14 and i act very mature. They also build self confidence too, if i couldnt do something i didnt care, but now i want to able to have that skill. They also help build my flexibility.
