My suggestion would be to go to 24 hour fitnesses, they have better customer service and I made sure to look at the cancellation policy after the hassle of this place. They made me drive in to cancel after telling them that I had an emergency and would need to cancel my membership (my dad passed and I was not motivated enough to keep going in and money was tight from the funeral) they said that “unless you send in a doctors note on why you can’t continue you still have to come in” and that is without a doubt the worst policy I’ve heard I will never recommend a planet fitness again take your business elsewhere!

I have loved being a member of Planet Fitness, even though I don't go as often as I should. The staff are always friendly and helpful or at least they stay out of the way. I like the new machines. I haven't been in about 6 months. I like the counters. It helps me count correctly and make sure that I'm not resting too long between sets. Getting in and out is key for me continuing to attend consistently. I like the no judgement mentality. I like that everyone is friendly and usually happy to see even a fat woman like me. The machines help me to have good form and an efficient workout. When I am more fit, I'll be able to move to free weights. I love the music. I love the big fan over the treadmills.

Over all experience was great but as far as paying I keep getting 180 dollars pulled from my account every couple of days even after paying all my fees and the additional monthly fee. I have tried to get this resolved and this is my last attempt.

They move some equipment around to better spots recently which is great. They also have someone going around and cleaning various machines. Friendly staff.

A worker with name Muhammed make the magic happen. He smiles frendly when I get into the gym, show me all those eqpmt how to work etc. Really clean gym and great service.
