People are rude. Staff was helpful in getting them off the 30 minute circuit machines. I'm unsure why they stay and see the light go from green to red

I have been a member of Planet Fitness for almost 18 months. Overall, I have been pleased with the facility. It is always clean and the staff is so friendly. I have told my friends about it, and I think its a great gym.

Planet Fitness has become my home away from home in Waco. Very clean and well attended by the staff. Love the vibe of the club, especially London, who makes me feel like I'm welcome in his home. He's so encouraging, always up and chipper. Ashleigh has also been a big help to me. Thanks PF Waco!

Clean environment, has all the equipment i need to stretch and workout, friendly staff. When I have had complaints the management contacted me directly and resolved them quickly. Very impressed, great gym.

I recently had to cancel my membership due to being diagnosed with a terminal cancer. I appreciate Josh(Manager) handling it for me with no hassle. His compassion & kindness is greatly appreciated.

My significant other picked up a subscription with the business. We have enjoyed the quality of machines. It can get busy after work M-F but overall, there are usually machines open. The staff is professional and attentive.

The employees have been helpful and consistently polite. The location is clean, well-lit, and the area outdoors doesn't feel unsafe in any way. The optional massages, tanning, training, and tanning included is great and from what I have seen so far, equipment seems to be pretty well maintained. There are obviously slow/busy times and the operation hours are such a convenience. Also, music played is good enough I'll workout w/o my headphones sometimes.

I love the atmosphere that is there at this establishment!! The workers are very kind always smiling very engaging with my daughter and I !! They are very helpful when you ask them things they DO NOT BRUSH YOU OFF AS OF YOU SHOULD KNOW!! I am also married and I feel so safe coming to this establishment , even my husband love the set up !! The manager there by the name of DYLAN is amazing I honestly see why he have the best staff he also demonstrated the same customer service skills and was very engaging and helpful. I will give them a 10 OUT of 10 RATING ON THE BEST GYM THAT I HAVE BEEN TOO!

Clean, spacious, and friendly faces in the a.m. Not as busy from 5:45 - 7:45am on Sundays. This was my 1st visit to a pf, especially with black card access. Would recommend the brand. Though keep in mind they have a wide but narrow selection of workout machinery.

They have a bunch of hidden fees they don’t tell you anything about, also you have to stop your WHOLE life just to talk to someone like this is 1990. Better off paying for a personal trainer atleast they tell you it will cost all your arms and legs up front instead of being sneaky with these “ annual“ fees. Would give half a star if i could!!!!!!!
