Planet Fitness

This is for the week of fed 12 to current day. We were not allowed to come workout in-between this date and we are still paying for a membership at this location. We wanted to know what this location plans were for reimbursement for the days we weren't allowed to come in and workout under these days our membership was and still is valid. Please get back with me as soon as possible.

Clean space and friendly staff. And, it’s not packed and if I want to make sure it’s not too packed before I go, I just look at the crowd meter on the app. Makes my life easy. Plus, hydro massage 🤣 …

So me and my bf have been going thru a lot lately and we came to this planet fitness with low hopes of being helped with what we needed. But thanks to ida and Spencer the 2 employees here we were helped and not judged for our situation. Im so thankful for this location

I keep getting prompted to comment on Planet Fitness. This time round, I'll say I'm glad those in charge finally pulled their collective heads out and removed their requirement to suffocate in a mask while running on a treadmill. The science has been all over the map for the past year. Yet one consistent claim has been that healthy adults aren't likely to contract the virus and that if they do, the odds they get sick and die are incredibly remote. Meanwhile deaths on the road in the U.S. are in the tens of thousands. Yet we're not outlawing driving.

Planet Fitness isn’t for serious lifters or even athletes who, like me, are maybe a few years (full disclosure: decades) past their prime. They don’t have places to bench press other than Smith machines. Dumb bells only go up to 75 pounds and the machines are too few and designed for people who eat more curly fries than do curls.If you are looking for a place to get back into marginally decent shape, PF might be a good place to start, but if you still can move some real metal, go elsewhere. I will. Soon.

Staff is always friendly, facilities are clean, and equipment is in great condition. Don't really like the new app as a way to check in, slower than a key tag. Plus what's stopping someone from taking a pic of their scan code and sending it to someone so that they can use it when no one is at the front desk? Also, almost every time I use the tanning booth, I always seem to have a problem. Either I'm put in a booth that's taken, or the staff says they'll turn it on and it doesn't. Maybe with all the new staff the manager needs to retrain on tanning booth procedures? More than once when something has gone wrong I've just walked out because it's not worth the time going to the desk. I would be late for my next appointment if I did that every time.

I had an absolutely great experience at this location. I recently(as of 1 week ago)moved to Waco from Wisconsin. I thought I had canceled my membership about a month ago and noticed this morning that the annual fee came out of my bank account. I contacted the gym I normally went to in WI and they were rude and not helpful whatsoever. I went into this location and the person at the front desk named Ashleigh was beyond helpful and did everything she possibly could to help my situation. She ended up calling several locations in WI because we ran into a handful of issues but throughout the ENTIRE time she was very kind, genuine and made sure I left with nothing but satisfaction and a positive resolution to my situation. She even walked through the cancelation process over the phone(with their managers approval), a new employee at a location in WI. Overall, Ashleigh spent roughly 30-40 minutes of her time with me to get my issue resolved to the best of her ability and gave the best customer service I've had at ANY Planet Fitness location I've ever been to....which is more than 2 handfuls throughout 3 different states. Thank you Ashleigh for all of your help and I hope you are commended for the excellent customer service I received today! 😃

This gym is open 24 hours. It's clean and well kept. I like all the options of workout equipment. As a Planet Fitness + member you have access to the Hydrotherapy beds, tanning, massage chairs, and total body enhancement machine. The staff is nice and will help you with any questions that you have.

The WONDERFUL things about this gym: The staff here are AMAZING! The locker rooms are always clean! Never had an issue with anyone messing with any of my personal items! VARIETY of equipment! Tanning and massage chairs included with Black card membership!Hope this review is helpful if you are looking for a place to work out

Machines are clean, the staff is friendly, and I love the classes they offer here. We always come late at night, and the quiet is nice after a long day at work!
