Always a good experience. Equipment is clean, plenty of supplies to clean up after using the equipment. Employees are making the rounds cleaning the equipment, door handles, massage chairs and tanning beds.

I have a great experience every time I come the cleanliness of the facility is amazing and the atmosphere is exactly what I look for in a gym and Kristina is always such a great help and always has the most positive attitude and makes me feel welcomed.

I love the nice people. Both the workers and other members are very respectful and upbeat. I like the colors and the vibrant atmosphere. It's always so clean.

It is a good place my first experience in gyms and it is the best place, very clean, pleasant, good equipment, recommended. ... we have a good distance of 6 feet between all athletes, it is safe in my opinion

Manager is rude and poor customer service, she acted as I was putting her out to converse with her regarding an issue. Because of this I cancelled my membership of several years. I was told I would get my annual fee returned. Well that never happened so I called the 800 number and was told that the local manager can and will have to approve reimbursement so they forwarded me to another manager and she refused to reimburse me my annual fee that was just taken out but agreed to reimburse $20 for the previous month of June....half the money. I should have cancelled a long time ago. Ridiculous.

Staff are great. I believe new management arr making good changes.Pros: With Covid, we clean machines before and after, staff also. Masks enforced.Air Conditioned. In winter it’s not too cold to shower.Great Hydromassage Chair.No weight bashing! That’s a BIG PLUS!Cons: Five foot heavy mats to stretch on.No large soft padded mat for stretching.No five pound weights on machines, sometimes a 15 lb. difference.Same music and it’s too loud, same announcements repeated too frequently, same commercials, same TV channels- no Netflix.Showers were slimy and out of toilet paper (early am), back in January, reported it, no change. New help, so that may have changed.

I especially like using Corey as my personal trainer.He has tailor made me a workout program to help me reach my goals and is very helpful in showing me all the proper techniques on all the equipment in the gym. He keeps me motivated day in and day out.He is very positive and knowledgeable with no judgements.I highly recommend signing up for his classes to anyone.

Everyone is always so friendly. It's definitely a comforting experience. Have a question? They will answer it. Not sure about a piece of equipment? No problem. The staff will gladly show you. Hands down my favorite place to go.

Most of the staff is very friendly. The equipment is very well maintained. I feel very comfortable going in there and working out. I just wish that black card members guests could also enjoy the extras.

If you’re looking for a low cost gym, it’s hard to beat this place. 24/7, great variety of machines, clean showers, and it really isn’t crowded very often. Only thing I wish they had was free weight barbells, but it’s not enough to make me go elsewhere.
