I love the staff, they are super friendly, courteous and helpful. My only issue is how long it takes to repair equipment when it breaks down. Aldo, they need to change the darn tanning bed bulbs more often!! Just saying!! Its irritating to get naked, put lotion on, lay there for 12 mins to not even feel warm 😒 …

Clean, well managed club, with friendly staff and properly maintained equipment. There are trainers to help you with your progress for no extra charge. The red light therapy and tanning machines are the bomb and also are in good working order. I would have given them 5 stars except the cleaning solution they use in the front entryway and the bathroom/changing areas is heavily perfumed, which makes me want to hold my breath as I wish they would use a more earth friendly cleaner without much scent.

I love it at Planet Fitness! The staff is so welcoming every time I come in. Also, the gym is very clean and the equipment is nice and up to date. I highly recommend this gym!

Planet Fitness is the greatest place for finding good equipment for getting a dream body. Except some employes who work in the evening. They don't take care of paper towels and trash cans. While I am working out employees laugh out loud at the front desk which distracts me. Several times I asked how I can get the black card membership and I never got the answer. And finally, the saying " Judgement free zone" does not work within Planet Fitness.

Planet Fitness in waco is manned 24/7 (excepting some holidays), high quality machines, always clean, Friendly staff. Plenty of free weights for more serious fitness types. Good atmosphere.

I love all the choices ! I love it's a big facility, yet you can be in your own zone. I look around and see every one doing their own thing, with no judgement. Glad to be back !

I called the 800 number to discuss my account, at 4:35 pm after I got off work. I was on hold for 43 minutes until finally, I disconnected the call. Planet Fitness' customer service is lacking t ok say the least.

Love working out at Planet Fitness. No hassle , can go anytime and the staff are wonderful. Joining this center has been one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself .
