Wonderful fully stocked facility, would highly recommend Brian J if you are looking for personal training, have gained 8lbs of muscle and lost 28lbs of fat!!! He’s the best, thanks for all you do!

Brian is an awesome trainer. He has been working with my son to loose weight and tone up. He has lost weight and has built confidence. Brian checks and monitors his nutrition weekly. He also is very encouraging to him. My son looks forward to each session . Most importantly Brian cares. He is an all around good person. He is a great friend to my son. I would recommend him as you personal trainer . He is the best.

Great gym! Great staff! The only issues I have is that sometimes the cable based machines will break and it takes a while to get it looked at. But overall, I would recommend Crunch for anyone looking for a gym.

I have enjoyed my time at Crunch. The facility is large with a lot of well-selected equipment. I enjoy the classes I've attended. They have a large variety to choose from. Some of the regulars make classes feel like family! Often you can get in classes even when booked online because of cancelations or they take time to fit you in if there is room. The staff I've dealt with has been nothing but gracious. If you need personal training, I recommend Brian! He is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to create a plan and customize it along the way based on your goals and preferences. All around good experience!

I want to give a shout out to Brian Jones, personal trainer at Crunch Fitness. I absolutely hate exercise. Never have liked it and still don't. Brian communicates extremely well. He checks in with me every morning that I am scheduled for a session.As well as reminding me of my session, we discuss nutrition and weigh in. Brian is so easy to work with. When I go in he has a routine for me. If I haven't done the routine before, he demonstrates it. He sets up the equipment or the weights then he stands close by and watches me. He watches my form to make sure that I am doing the exercise correctly and he watches to make sure I don't struggle beyond my limits. He makes notes about the session to tweak the next session. While I am exercising, we talk about everything from nutrition to what's going on in the world today. The conversation makes the time go by and I don't concentrate on how boring exercise usually is. I find that I am actually pushing myself to stretch my limits!! Because of Brian and his encouragement, I am going to the gym three times a week. If you are looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend Brian at Crunch Fitness. All of the staff at Crunch have been pleasant to work with. I thoroughly enjoy the hydromassage bed after my workout.

To management:Lighter dumbbells should be on the left and right with heavier on the middle. If I want to go up or down from 55 I have to walk to the opposite side of the gym for a 45 or 50. But besides that no complaints!
