Crunch Fitness - Warner Robins

MY BAG WAS STOLEN OUT OF MY LOCKER...UPDATE: The manager Nikki did talk to me when I called. She explained in the nicest way possible that I am responsible for things I put in the gym lockers. And advise me to get a lock. They did look every time I called to see if my bag was here. Later in the evening when I came to the gym, my bag was in a locker and everything was there in my bag. So I did believe it was a simple mishap. When the bathroom is constantly clean I'll rate 5stars

This company operates on a bait and switch system with its membership fees and rates. The employees outright lied to my wife and I about our rates on multiple occasions including the amount of the last bill we would receive after cancellation (oh ya, the gym is nothing special and not worth the money either). We were told would it would be $20, the same as our monthly rate, and then we were charged $67. When my wife called about it, they were exceptionally rude and told her “You’re not allowed to cancel,” even though we specifically joined at the “cancel anytime” membership plan. Would not recommend to anyone.

It was my first time since becoming a member. I kinda wish I had someone showing me the different equipment or at least the equipment for my fitness goals. Oh well, it was melow. I used some pieces, had serenity, and left. Did get to see someone changing the paper towels used to clean the equipment. This is important to me, so I'll be monitoring the cleaning process.

Update - Men’s locker room needs someone in there to keep up with the maintenance. The floors are dirty, toilets are filthy, and the restrooms are constantly out of toilet paper and paper towels. For a brand new gym, this shouldn’t be happening. I have already brought up this problem to the team members that work in the front.Great gym, and it has plenty of room and lots of equipment. The one thing I don’t like though is the sauna. The sauna does not get hot enough. Can Crunch Fitness increase the temperature so I can put 5 stars for this gym ?

nice gym. Pretty crowded during peak gym hours like 5-7pm but that’s typical. Men’s sauna is broken (heat works but door is messed up) but heard they’re having trouble with getting it fixed so it is what it is. Overall good value for money, gets the job done. Front desk staff during nights is great

I officially love this gym! Did zumba for the first time today, and it was so fun. It's in a very convenient place for me as well. Great variety of classes for anyone, including beginners. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I can work out without feeling any eyes on me, which is a plus. Plentiful of space and gym equipment. Very clean. There's a sauna and massage chair as well. They even have daycare as well.

Nice gym with lots of equipment and options, but Crunch need to do better with the cleanliness. Maybe hire an actual cleaning crew that can clean throughout the day. The ladies restroom is always dirty (floor) and sometimes the spray bottles are empty out in the main area. Then you have to walk to multiple cleaning stations just to find spray and paper towels adding in extra time on your workout (looking for cleaning supplies). I drive 25 mins one way to attend this gym several days out the week because I like the sauna but I’m not sure if I’ll stay a long-term member.
