When they first started it was AWESOME, "BUT" now that they have a large clientele coming, customer service has gone down considerably. I never received my free t-shirt after I inquiring twice. I am always told they have some ordered. They don't have enough disinfectant for cleaning down machine, which is a big health hazzard with Covid numbers going back up. I attempted to purchase a energy drink after a workout and the Attendant behind the desk stated that the system was down and she could not ring me up. So it was all a hype to get people in and now the curtain has came down and we can see the Wizard isn't what we thought. LOL!

Sleazy salespeople, predatory practices. The weight room is COMPLETELY open to the mall, where people peer in and stare, making me feel uncomfortable. Staff does not care to take care of the problem, and will only speak to you if you are wanting to purchase something from them. Edited to add: they somehow blocked my genuine review 7 months ago, but I hope the edit makes it through! Equipment is always broken, cleaning is subpar, and it’s almost an impossible feat to get this acct cancelled.

Love, love, love everything about this place! Great people always willing to help and answer questions! I really enjoy all the yoga classes! Even the other members are quick with an encouraging word and smile! Best gym I've ever been to!
