I love the staff, equipment and classes but the cleanliness is horrible which I complained about three times. Also wipes/sanitizer solution is limited and always out. I was told by the manager to bring my own which I do because they are always out.The restroom and sauna are nasty as well. I will not renew my contract due to lack of cleanliness at this facility.

Wish they would put the hours online or at least fix the phone menu because it doesn't actually tell you what the hours are. Also why are the showers see thru lol. Avoid the showers unless you're feeling exhibitionistic

Terrible customer service, no urgency, rude especially the woman manager on day shift. Unbelievable, I am gonna cancel and go back to where we were. This place needs HELP

Very spacious, lots of machines, appreciate sauna, only a few things of disliking >music is too loud , and at times vulgar and had nothing to do with working out , I would suggest playing work out music instead of trap music, I also would suggest sanitizer wipe stations for cleaning machines instead of spray bottles , and sections for different age groups for child care instead of just letting them all mingle together because the smaller children could get hurt .

Was in town visiting and had a day pass. This crunch blew me away with how much space they had and the amount of equipment. Facilities were clean and staff was helpful. Please get one in South Atlanta!

I absolutely love me some Crunch the classes are the best. I've done about all the classes the instructor the atmosphere the people the whole crunch team as a whole is awesome. So if you are looking for a good workout go ahead and join today you want be disappointed.
