Crunch Fitness - Warner Robins

3/16/23 Update: Standards remain good. Hydro massage machines frequently out of order. Zumba instructors are great and their fitness workouts are designed for all ages._--------------------------------------------------The Zumba Classes are fantastic. I hope Crunch maintains high standards: keep the gym clean and equipment running and courteous front of the house staff. So far, I love it! Come on down 24 hours daily and get your fitness on.

Place is nice and spacious. When it opened employees were nice and friendly. Now they seem unconcerned and have no pride in how their work place looks. I get it grown people can't pick up or clean after themselves but when you bring the disorganized weights and dirty locker rooms and squat racks they give you a blank stare like it's not their jobs to clean .

Crunch could be great if they could fix these issues:1) Bathrooms are always tricky. They can be decently clean or disgusting at times. Showers look like something out of a horror film. I’ve been to Korean bath houses and Loves truck stops that look better than this Crunch’s showers. Sauna definitely doesn’t get hot enough. I stayed in there for 30 minutes one time and didn’t break a sweat.2) Accessing cleaning supplies for cleaning equipment is always a chore. Spray bottles missing or broken. Out of paper towels. People not cleaning. It’s annoying.3) The hours on the weekend! I have never understood why they close on the weekends and the gym still looking like it’s open 24/7 😂 If they close early, at least pay cleaning crews or the employees to clean the place.I come from Augusta (2.5 hours) due to my church being here and possibly want to move to Warner Robins (military spouse). I was excited to move knowing a big gym with a sauna and punching bags is in the area but I really don’t know about keeping my membership. I’d have to come LATE to avoid the crowd during the week. If the cleaning issues don’t get fix, they’re gonna be losing a lot of loyal customers from what I saw in the other reviews. Including me! 🤦🏾‍♀️

I love this gym proximity to my house and equipment. However compared to Planet Fitness, this gym ain't touching the cleanliness I experienced over there or the customer service. I didn't bother using the showers after the first week, they are filthy as well as the floors in the women's locker room. I do nothing in there but house my stuff. There's no one actively filling bottles or wiping equipment. There are times where they just put out blue rags to wipe stuff down with FOR HOURS. Booking classes are near to impossible, yet you'll see people going without a booking. Although it's not all the staff, majority have no real customer service, no greeting no nothing, it's literally like they come here for social hour with each other and the customers just here. I'm literally not expecting a lot, it's not like we know each other. But no one wants to feel like they bothering you when they are asking you for something that's in your job description or just saying hello costs nothing. Lastly, I do want to say the few times I have brought my daughter the staff inside the children's area made her and me comfortable. It's a relief to be able to have those two hours to work out and not worry about your kid. They got the right people with the kids. And that's a service most gyms don't have, which is the only reason they got the third star

The equipment is great, the instructors are phenomenal and i love the gym as well as the classes offered, but let me tell you, the equipment isn’t going to last long if you all don’t clean it, there’s no excuse for this gym to have hours they are closed and it not be spotless. You can’t expect the gym goers be the only ones cleaning the equipment. This also isn’t the first review regarding lack of cleanliness. Do something about it please. I’ll add more stars once I see all of this feedback actually put into action.

The gym is super dirty mostly overnight. Especially the girls bathroom. Needing immediate re evaluation on cleaning procedures.

This place is a Scam!!! They will not let you cancel. They constantly gives you the run around. You ask for a manager they are always busy can't come to the phone nor the front desk!!!! THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT YOUR CONTRACT IS CANCELED BUT IT IS NOT!!!!They will charge your credit card so make sure you get the person name of whom you talk with and manager that is working on that day! This place need to be INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN!!!!!I advise you all to go back to your old gym and get this mess out of here!!

Best well-rounded gym in Warner Robins. Wide range of free weights and machines. 24hrs during the week is a huge plus. Has something for all types of workouts.
