Great gym for beginners and seasoned gym heads. Nice amount of benches and diverse machines. Great if you want a place with more than just smith machines.

Terrible. Called to cancel my membership. Was told I had to send an email to cancel. Sent an email with no response. 2 months later still see charges to my credit card. Sent another email to cancel with no response. So i canceled my credit card. Now i get harsssed every day with phone calls and texts saying my bill is going to collections and I am still going to get charged every month because my membership is not canceled. On top of everything else they claim to send an email that says in order to cancel you must make a final payment. Now correct me if im wrong but if i sign a contract knowing full well that its for 2 years and ive paid my 2 years and no longer use this gym. Then get charged every month there after even after calling and emailing to cancel. Do i not have the right to be mad as they call me everyday asking for money? Do i not have the right to feel harassed even after the phone calls they send text messages. As far as the gym itself goes. It was a good gym that is now very over populated which is one of the reasons I stopped going. But if you want to sign your name on the dotted line just know even if you cancel that bill keeps coming. They dont listen or even try to help you they just want your money

My husband and I decided to sign up for the gym when I accidentally clicked the Bristol location during sign up. I received a welcome call within minutes of signing up online, which I appreciated especially since my husband didn’t receive a call yet from the West Hartford location. I explained the situation and after a quick visit to this location I was all set! The customer service at this location was great. I interacted with 3 staff members all of which was relatable, professional, and kind. It didn’t seem to crowded and the atmosphere seemed great! If I lived closer I would definitely enjoy this location!

From what I am see inside the edge galaxy planet fitness need to expand more space and be nice to people staff members need more training which is planet fitness..get more involved get from behind the counter monitor the gym floor planet fitness but at the edge fitness I am seeing professionalism friendly staff and trainers also I am seeing gladiators now at the edge fitness ..perfect equipment and a galaxy environment ..so all the stars in the galaxy for edge fitness...real gym..worldwide..

The club is always clean and there is always clean wipes to clean those machines people dont bother to clean. My main and biggest complaint is the loud music! Why you guys put music so so loud? I can hear the music from my sound proof headphones. Too loud!
