Do you guys have a 3rd shift now? I miss going to my gym in Waukegan. I get of work late and I’m just trying to save a trip and time by not driving far. Waukegan is way much closer for me than Mundelein and Kenosha.

All planet fitness' supports being yourself and living healthy. Unless your really motivated and giving it your all, then your a "lunk". They create a us and them mentality that tears at human society and does nothing to bring people together. I'd literally suggest going to any other gym than to support their disgusting habits.

Planet Fitness is the kind of place that will give the result you are looking for. You will find an "old school" ambiance where everybody train hard and respect each other.

Horrible customer service. I forgot my ID at home and they wouldn’t take a digital copy or proof of address as an alternative. Even the cops are allowed to take digital copies. These people are quick to run your card but they’re afraid you’re faking an identity? Not to mention they’re not even open 24 hours like other locations. What a waste of a building.

It’s okay. It’s kind of small and gets really packed at times. I don’t think I’ll be going here again though due to the smell of weed being pretty profound, I don’t really like smelling that when I workout.

You can’t even voice your opinion without being falsely accused of an attitude Some employees want to be heard and talk over you but when it’s your turn to talk want to shut you out and deny service it’s not fair for employees to get away with egotistical energy. Other than that I love the gym and equipment I just don’t recommend having conversations or voicing concerns with employees some give very much I’m just here for a check vibes

James has been doing an amazing job! has really turned the place around, its so clean now! Great Gym!

This was an okay location. Not much stood out about it as good or bad. I do remember they don't have hydromassage beds but have the loungers instead.

The only way to give a rating is to choose a star , no doubt I would’ve put none if I had the choice , therefore 1 it is ! Called multiple time receive a courtesy refund, never got anything resolved , god forbid if they show any type of customer service and can pass the message to a Manager. I work in the administrative field, and the right thing to do is to take customer info and attempt to resolve an issue and follow up with a customer afterward. After 3rd attempt , I had a verbal disagreement with ASSistant manager on duty , JAMES, and by far the most unprofessional encounter I’ve had to deal with to the point I acted out of my character ! JAMES, was very rude! Not resourceful, not appropriate, not professional, how is this individual even “Assistant Manager” . It’s unfortunate this is the kind of person that’s at front desk. The first person customers see. Horrific !

Great facility friendly people.. I enjoy the variety of equipment classes and weights.. they are doing a wonderful job cleaning / disinfecting and following state mandated safety precautions....
