Rude Manger James he's the absolute worst very, he didn't care about what i had to say. He over talked me cut me off when I was trying to speak he needs to be let go if he can't respect his customers. This location itself is good and clean but my sole reason as to why I'm leaving is because of him and I would not recommend no one come here and waste their money on this place

This GYM is a Jewel in Waukegan/Zion-side of Illinois! The atmosphere here is great and the use of televisions to aid the comfortable visual helps achieve it. I like how there is a good variety of machines to choose from and never a conflict trying to use one. The staff here are also very friendly, thank you! (Satisfied Customer) Upgrading to Premium in the future!

Got a day pass FIRST time ever stepping in ANY planet fitness, guy wouldn't even let me check the place out claims I've been to PF before. Lost a potential member. Never again. I'll pay more somewhere else.

James and the PF crew are awesome, they are professional, friendly and kind. The fitness center is super clean! My husband and I love working out there. Keep up the Good work 😃 …

New manager and crew are doing a great job at treating constumers and cleaning. The management and crew during covid was horrible. They wouldn't clean-sure they made covid worst. Hope previous manager is no messing others Planet Fitness Gyms.

Customer service is absolutely terrible! I joined the Planet Fitness here in Waukegan during the pandemic. When I moved away last year, I both called as well as went into the location to let employees know that I was moving and I wanted to cancel my membership. I am still being billed today. When I called into the location to explain that I'm still getting withdrawals out of my account, the new manager, James was extremely rude over the phone and very dismissive. Denying any type of refunds before I could even ask the question, raises red flags about other customers possibly experiencing the same issue. When I spoke with the new manager, James, he was effective in canceling my membership immediately but was extremely rude and kept over talking me as I was trying to get my words out.I am just not understanding as to why when I called a year ago prior to James becoming the manager, why cancellation over the phone wasn't as easy as it was today. Very disappointed.

I miss this place so much since moving away. Amazing front desk staff, plenty of room, great amenities, showers are always clean. I wished they had enforced masks and immunocompromised times a bit better, but otherwise nothing but good things to say. I was a beginner and the workers helped me with the 30 min. Workout which was amazing.

This gym is CLEAN! I see the staff constantly walking around, going above and beyond to make sure the gym is nice and clean always. Equipment is always in good shape, and if any machine is down, they usually get it fixed fairly quickly.

Horrible customer service! I will never return! The supervisor Saul was literally no help because I don’t have a copy of a cancellation form in which they should have on file!! Trying to reach someone above him hasn’t been successful since he says there’s nobody above him… waiting to hear back from corporate now….if I could give them no stars I really would!!

I have had a great experience through my journey getting back in shape. Jessica has giving some great training when I sign up for the classes. Not only my body has improve but my mind and spirit.
