With planet fitness buying out experience fitness this location has become extremely packed and the entire appeal of Planet Fitness (judgement free, no ego lifting, etc) is on its way out. I hope planet fitness thought about this and their core member base.Update 7/4/23: I wrote this review and got a response the same day, however, the response was not much more than a pitch to get the planet fitness app and provide feedback on their own platform. Guess I’ll give that a go and see if I get a real response to my real concerns. I must admit my hopes are low.

Unfortunately I have to lower my rating. The recent closure of xperience fitness has led to a noticeable uptick in crowds. Almost impossible to go to this gym even at 8pm and expect weight machines to be available. Add to it the college people off for the summer and this is just becoming untenable. Happened to me once before when area blast fitness closed and sent everyone to other gyms. Now further consolidation. Will have to switch gyms just to get normalcy back. Must be nice to be a shareholder of planet fitness because they are really jamming people in at the expensive of old customers.

A bright facility, various work-out equipment, free weights. Machines and televisions connect with your phone, so bring earbuds. Locker room/lockers-bring your own lock-a few self lock available - was clean and seem as though all areas are looked after as used by guests. PF is looking to bring back personal training. My husband joined, I am on the fence (I am not a self starter so I will join him as a guest before I decide to join). I do like the option of other features with the higher priced package.

Very clean, and they have great hours that accommodate my schedule. The tanning has a choice of tanning beds or standing booths. Three different types of massage devices. The lounge hydro chair is my preferred choice. Parking is good.

I just joined, to find out all the gym bros from xperience are here…would be nice if they bought the old gym so those people could go there.Layout and labeling of weight machines isn’t very convenient (could not find the hip machines).
