The coaching is top quality and everyone here is friendly. It is a great place to train regardless of whether you are looking to casually train or compete. I've been at this gym for roughly a year and have learned a ton and made some good friends. I couldn't have asked for a better first experience with learning jiu jitsu.

I trained a bit there years ago (10) and had great experience and recently had my daughter (6) do the free week last month and she enjoyed the kids classes and Rob was great. The only reason we did not enroll her was the kids class was immediately after school which was hard for us to attend. Other than that, a great Gym.

Signed up my boy @ Absolute when he was 7. Best bang for your buck - kids classes 5 days a week. They have taught him muay thai, jiu jitsu, and judo. Now a teen, he trains with the youth and adult judo/jitsu classes at the gym, which is yielding results at his jiu jitsu tournaments and greco/freestyle wrestling tournaments.
