I reached out to Absolute in January with a goal to change my life and become healthier. Rob Handley & Pedro Sierra gave me gave me the push and the confidence. Im now down 55 pounds and am in better shape than when I played college football. More importantly my family has seen the change and have joined Absolute. I've been going here for 4 years! The knowledge and confidence I've gained has helped me with every other sport I play and in every aspect of my life. The staff and all the members make you feel welcome from day one. I highly recommend this facility!!!

Positive examples and environments are hard to come by. Both of these are at Absolute. It took almost 6 weeks for my son to go from sitting and watching to getting on the mat. Now he wants to be able to teach like Professor Pedro and Samir. Both are incredible.The fitness class has pushed me to do things I never thought possible. Rob and Pedro are great. We were welcomed on day one and have been treated like family ever since.If you want to make a positive change in your life come to Absolute!

In the past decade I've trained under 30+ instructors in various martial arts in Utah, Cali, Arizona, Washington, New Jersey, and southern Asia, and Absolute MMA is still my favorite gym to visit. The atmosphere is friendly and the training is great. Their Jiu Jitsu especially is phenomenal.

Best gym in salt lake. Be prepared to work hard and to be humbled. Great experience with supportive teammates and experienced professors.

This place is awesome, the coaching is the top. I have been going there for about 5 months know and have learned alot. You know its an amazing place where you see people who have been going there for years. And yes the place has it all Kids classes, Judo, MMA, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, wrestling. You want to learn the best, you have to learn from the best. Both Coach Rob and Coach Pedro are amazing poeple with above excellent knowledge, they know how to teach you the right way. You will learn ,and get a great workout, and meet awesome people. I give Absolute MMA 12 out of 10
