Absolute MMA

This is without a doubt the top martial arts studio in the Salt Lake Valley. Rob and his team do a phenomenal job with their instructing, there education, their care, and above all have established a culture of warm 30 and inviting as everyone is practicing to get better in martial arts.They also offer an amazing kids program. My daughters have enjoyed trying out their jujitsu and grappling and conditioning classes. And as your father I really love the fact that they are learning self respect, self-discipline, and the ability to defend them selves should the need arise.Professor Hadley is also extremely gracious with his time. And is always seeking to help others master the arts contribute to society, and is willing to take precious time out of his day to help with any questions that you may have.

Absolute MMA has the best coaches! They are highly skilled, completely devoted and uncompromising. My 10 yr. old son has been a student for the last 2 years and I can say without question that the coaches: Professor Pedro and Semir are the best role models we could've ever hoped to have for our son. Our son has learned so much about jujitsu but Absolute has given him so much more than just the physical skills. They have developed his character, boosted his self esteem and taught him that families come in many forms. We love our Absolute family!!

Friendly and welcoming atmosphere with technically proficient instructors and students to train with. Professor Pedro was great to roll with and learn from.

I was really nervous walking into the jiu jitsu classes, I have zero MMA/fighting experience and watching even the warmups were scary and looked really awkward. I thought for sure I would be laughed at, and I just hoped it wouldn't be too bad. Instead, it was the exact opposite. The patience shown by classmates and professors allow you to grow and progress without ridicule. On the other side of the uncomfortable, new-guy, uneasiness you'll find a community and a camaraderie that is unmatched. I'm learning that you can find a better version of yourself though martial arts and nowhere better than at Absolute. Hard work and dedication is all they ask.

I started training here 4 years ago and don't regret a second of my time spent at Absolute MMA. The environment and energy at this gym is like none I have every felt or seen before. Pedro, and Rob are some of the nicest and most genuine people I have ever met in my life. I was really shy and nervous when I first came in for my first Muay Thai class; by the time I left that first day, I felt way better about everything because everyone learns on a personal level at this gym! I continued to train regularly in Muay Thai and eventually Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This decision changed my life forever; I lost over 45 pounds, and words can't describe how much stronger I feel Mentally, and Physically. I was always scared to push myself physically, and Absolute made me not afraid to push myself! I know I couldn't have personally accomplished this at any traditional gym , because I needed that amazing environment and amazing sports to make exercise fun for me; Absolute MMA was all of those things! If you are looking into ANY GYM for ANY REASON; I STRONGLY RECOMMEND ABSOLUTE MMA. I wish I could rate this 10/5. I want to personally thank Pedro, Rob, and everyone at Absolute MMA for being so awesome!

I've been to every single martial arts studio in the valley trying to find a fit for my 10 year old son. This is the only place that has a set schedule everyday and the only one that's reasonably priced. In just a few months I've seen my son go from aggressive and distracted to calmer and more focused. The people are amazing, the program is amazing. This place has been a life saver.

Absolute is where I had the best time of my mma Career. They were so welcoming to me when I first joined and every day was a blast! I loved training with all the coaches and all my teammates. The atmosphere was always positive and I always looked forward to the next training session. Thank you for all the good times

Rob and Pedro are some of the coolest guys. I love going to Absolute so much, I get pushed by all my peers to do better, work harder. They are amazing professors, they do the most when teaching. Its always fun, they always have us growing and trying new things, The conditioning is top notch. They know exactly what they are doing, and know how to accommodate everyone so they can be the best their way. If you're a fighter, a visitor looking for a great atmosphere to get rolling in or looking to find a place just to see if this is a sport for you this place is it.

I have met some of the best people here. Very welcoming environment and great instructors. Recommend 100%!
