There was a lady there Tuesday at six that was instructing a class. I believe her name was kendee. She was extremely rude with the way that she told me to leave her class because I wasn’t a part of it that I couldn’t be working out in the cardio room. I was in the very back corner where the weights are racked she repeated herself while wagging her finger at me like I was a child in front of her class. I understand if you don’t want others in your class that are not a part of it but there’s usually a kind way to say things.

Even after they told me to my face that my membership was frozen, they kept trying to bill an inactive card & ended up sticking me with a huge bill of trainings I never got to attend. Refused to honor the unused sessions & demanded I pay them $800 for a dozen sessions I never attended. Didn’t feel like fighting it in collections so I just paid & left the gym. It was their own mistake but they don’t care.

Your pool needs to be cleaned not the water the side times, steam room smells like feet. Wash it down please.

Recently joined, the facility is nice but locker rooms are dirty and there’s stuff in the bottom of the pool.

Gym is beautiful. Machines are excellent Team was friendly and helpful. Sauna was packed. Though, overall was a good experience.

Equipment is not maintained. Things a broken for 6+ months, all the time. Went every treadmill if full and half of always broken.

Not sure if these guys pay their gas bill cause the water that comes out of the women's showers do not warm up after 5 mins of running. Super overcrowded. Discarded bandages everywhere 🩹. Dudes washing themselves off in the hot tubs. Probably cause the showers don't work. 😆🤮 Try a different location or lower your expectations. …
